Condo vacation rentals in Asunción

We stayed here for three nights and had a great experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms – amazing value for the price. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, and everything worked as expected. The location is ideal – a 15-minute walk to the old town, with a huge supermarket nearby. The lift was quick and reliable, and the security guard downstairs was lovely – he even helped us get SIM cards for our stay. Nicolás, the host, was responsive and proactive, offering useful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The only downside was that the showers didn’t drain properly, leaving both bathrooms wet throughout our stay. Not a major issue, but really quite annoying nonetheless! Overall it’s a great base for exploring Asunción. We’d happily stay again.

The best accommodation I've ever found on AirBNB. As a Brazilian, the first time I was outside the country, I thought I would have difficulty with the place and communication. Txema was an amazing host. Although he did not speak Portuguese fluently, he was very efficient in communication, as well as very kind and thorough in all the information. Always attentive and helpful, he helped us a lot with all kinds of directions Your apartment is impeccable, very nicely decorated and pleasant! There's nothing to talk about! It's perfect! Great beds, super hot showers, everything is new and very neat! A 10! Anyway, impeccable accommodation! I recommend it to everyone who is interested in getting to know Asunción and its surroundings because the location is very strategic, and it is not far from anything.

Apartment with everything you need, comfortable and very bright. On a floor high enough to appreciate the bay of Asunción and the new bridge. The quiet area (a neighborhood with little traffic), is safe and close to the waterfront, which makes it easy to go anywhere in Asunción by car. The garage was easy to access. Valentin responded almost immediately, very polite and helpful. Everything was as published.

Few steps to shopping del sol, great staff at réception, clean

We stayed in Alvaro’s place for a full month and it was amazing! Its beautiful, super calm and comfortable, lots of things to do nearby, great gym across the streets, big shopping malls within a short walk, we couldn’t recommend it more.

With his Guillermo’s Airbnb, you get “2 for 1” deal with 2 bedrooms/1bathroom for what seems like you would pay for 1 bedroom, fully-furnished apartment. Very clean. The Airbnb far exceeded my expectations of what the pictures provide on this listing & I strongly encourage it will do the same for others in the future who book this listing. About Guillermo… incredible host. He was available to answer any of my questions at anytime of the day, including late night & early morning. He showed he not only cares about his Airbnb, but more-so cares about the people that stay in his vicinity. He was able to answer every question I had. If he didn’t know the answer, he helped find a solution in order for my question to be answered not only correctly, but honestly. Thank you so much Guillermo!

Awesome place in a quiet building thats still close to everything. Lovely neighborhood and perfect apartment. Hugo was super responsive and extremely helpful in every way the whole time. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Great rooms with good air conditioning and a full kitchen. We like it so much that we'll be right back! I highly recommend this apartment.

My stay at Mauro's place was comfortable. The neighborhood is a quiet and tranquil residential area that felt safe to walk and explore around the area. There are grocery stores within walking distance or a short Uber. The apparement itself felt like home right away. The apparment has a modern feel while still being warm and comfortable. The layout of the apparment utilizes the space perfectly and had the most equipped kitchen of the other airbnbs I've stayed at in Asunción. The adado on the balcony was also a nice treat. The staff are welcoming and warm. They always were wanting to lend a hand during my stay and are friendly people.
