Our second time at Sebastian’s wonderful Airbnb. This location is perfect as it’s quiet and yet very near the busier sections of town. Sebastian is a terrific host and everything is as described. He is very friendly and makes sure all is well:-) You will not find a better property !

Laura and her husband Arjan were the perfect hosts! Arjan served us breakfast each morning which included a basket of fresh bread, fruits and cheese. Arjan provided us with great recommendations and most especially - showed us how to use the tram system! It is a lovely apartment and they made us feel very welcome.

Fantastic apartment, really clean and comfortable in a great neighbourhood: peaceful but walking distance to everything you could need. Loes and Fokke are wonderful hosts, warm and helpful- we had a brilliant few days exploring the city from the perfect base.

Le logement était conforme à la description et Karine nous a permis de modifier l’horaire d’arriver L’appartement sur le au est agréable et un petit déjeuner était prêt dans le frigo. Un super marché et les transports sont à proximité Seul bémol : le canapé lit était cassé, heureusement ce sont des enfants qui ont dormi dedans.

We had a lovely few days at Yvonne’s place, enjoying the beautiful and peaceful countryside from their really excellent apartment. The place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, quiet and fully equipped - perfect for our needs and with the benefit of a lovely outdoor space to enjoy hot days and warm evenings. We would certainly return. Yvonne and Rob were outstanding hosts - friendly, helpful and generous - and we are happy to recommend both them and their apartment.

The space is amazing with natural sunlight coming into the living room area. It is definitely big enough for 2 or 3 people. The kitchen has all the basics that are necessary for basic meals.

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war super – sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist absolut top: zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig, sodass man sowohl die Stadt erkunden als auch entspannen kann. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Besitzer – sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Perfekte Lage. Man ist mitten im Trubel und hat dennoch eine kleine Terrasse nach hinten raus mit absoluter Ruhe. Top gepflegt alles . Wir waren ganz begeistert und Ivar hat sofort auf Fragen reagiert. Vielen Dank

Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs und haben die Unterkunft von Ben und Inge für 3 Nächte genutzt. Zum einen die Nähe von Amsterdam ( mit Bushaltestelle in der Nähe und dem Zug ab Weesp... total easy ! ) und den echt schönen kleinen Städte Weesp, Muiden und Naarden. Inge hat uns auf Wunsch jeden Morgen ein unfassbar tolles Frühstück gebracht. Sie ist eine tolle sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Vielen lieben Dank für diesen tollen Start in den Tag. Wir haben uns bei Ben und Inge total wohl gefühlt und haben Ihre Gastfreundschaft sehr geschätzt. Die kleine eigenständige Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, sehr sauber und gemütlich (wie auf den Fotos) eingerichtet. This is a lovely home in a quiet and stunning setting on the water. Great for families with kids. This is a great location to explore the lake from and has lots of amenities available for the guests to keep kids busy. Hosts were so friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. Highly recommend a stay here.

Fijne plek, aan een rustig en doodlopend straatje. Aardige host. Het huisje is klein, maar heel schoon, rustig en aangenaam.

Mattie’s place is the best in Amsterdam. Clean, cozy, conveniently located and very charming. She gave great recommendations and advice. I can’t thank her enough. She also sent back a necklace I forgot

Die Wohnung ist super, aber das absolute Highlight ist die Terrasse auf 3 Seiten des Hauses, direkt am Wasser. Die großen Glasfronten im Wohnzimmer geben den Blick aufs Wasser frei, was die Wohnung auch bei kühlen Temperaturen besonders macht. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass man am liebsten keinen Ausflug machen möchte, sondern nur in der Wohnung bleiben möchte.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Airbnb! Das Haus war genauso, wie auf den Fotos – sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Aussicht aufs Wasser, das hat den Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Auch kleine Extras wie ein Willkommensgruß und lokale Tipps waren eine schöne Überraschung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Haus absolut weiterempfehlen!

Nach einem langen Tag in Amsterdam haben wir die Ruhe in Broek in Waterland bei Haico sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gemütlich und bietet alles, was wir gebraucht haben: ein bequemes Bett, eine saubere Dusche und eine gut ausgestattete Küche, in der wir unser Frühstück zubereiten und abends kleine Mahlzeiten wie Pasta oder Sandwiches machen konnten. Die Lage ist ideal, um schnell nach Amsterdam zu gelangen, und die Busverbindung ist sehr gut.

Wir haben uns das Haus gebucht weil es uns von den Bewertungen sehr angesprochen hat. Unsere Erwartungen wurden aber weit übertroffen. Wir kamen in einem Haus in dem wir uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt haben. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Alles ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Saskia war problemlos möglich. Wir haben uns das Haus mit einem befreundeten Pärchen gemietet und sind nach einer Woche sehr gut erholt nach Hause gefahren. Wir können das Haus bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen. Wir möchten nächstes Jahr im Herbst wieder kommen. Danke für alles Saskia und Flip.

schöne Lage um fußläufig Alkmaar zu erkunden

This apartment was amazing for our quick trip to Amsterdam. The location is perfect—right on one of the main canals and walkable to everything. Helena was such a gracious host and gave us some great recs for vintage shopping, drinks, and eats. The space was well appointed and she was so flexible with our arrival and departure times. I would 100% recommend this place and would stay here again on a future visit.

We had the most wonderful stay. The Garage was perfect for what we needed. It was beautifully done, Sanny and Dennis had thought of everything. It had a lovely feeling to it, was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Check in was really easy. We used the bikes (thank you!) and the location was a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Alkmaar. We would not hesitate to return. Thank you for creating such a cool and beautiful space. My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

We had a great stay! Hugo was easy to contact, gave us many local recommendations, and easy to follow directions. The place was clean, had a great view, and is on a quiet street. Location was great, very walkable to all of the main tourist attractions. We were worried about not having a tv but didn’t miss it. Just a heads up to people in the U.S.-bring wash cloths to Europe. All 3 of the Airbnb’s that we stayed at did not provide them. I read that they consider it a personal item, like a toothbrush, and expect you to bring your own. Thank you Hugo!

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying at Fleur’s apartment. It is very close to a tram stop which made it easy to get around, and it was well situated between the main areas of the city, making it a good base to explore from. The apartment was nice - it had everything we needed for a couple days in the city. The only thing to note is that the stairs within the apartment (from living area to bedroom) are narrow and steep, but this seems quite typical of stairs in this area- the same was true of stairs in restaurants in the area. Overall we had a great stay and I would stay there again!

Wir wurden von Remy persönlich begrüßt und er hat uns das Apartment gezeigt und die Bedienung des Whirlpools erklärt. Außerdem hat er uns Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben. Per Nachricht konnten wir ihn immer erreichen und er war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Apartment und der Whirlpool sind sehr privat, sodass man sich wohl fühlt. Zudem war die Unterkunft super sauber und durch frische Blumen wurden angenehme Akzente gesetzt.
