House vacation rentals in Asprovalta

Elena and Christos were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and always eager to help. We absolutely loved our stay at their place - and we will surely miss the wonderful private garden (which was incredibly well kept) and the pool. The house was well equipped and had everything we could need for our stay.

Thank you for everything! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. There were everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work but the host tried to fix it and fortunately it wasn’t too hot because it was May. The poolarea was awesome! The village was small and quiet, but there were several good restaurants in the center and also by the beach. The beach was nice and the water was very clear. We could definitely come back!

A truly great place with an outstanding view! Every morning felt like waking up in paradise. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, beauty, and a special atmosphere.

We had a wonderful time in this house. Everything was perfect and the pool is really fantastic. Zef and Anastasiia were perfect hosts. We would recommend this house to anyone!!

The house is beautiful and as described. It was very clean and had most everything you will need. It is a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants. It is also convenient for driving to other area beaches. The only recommendation we have is to include pool/beach towels. That would have been very helpful. Arabella responds very quickly to any questions or inquiries. Great house! Highly recommend and would rent here again.

The house is great, especially the bbq area. We were 6 adults, 3 kids, and one dog. Inside, it was clean and tidy. As a disadvantage I can say that one bed in the one bedroom which is too small for two people and it would be possible to put a bigger one. Also that there is one toilet and the lack of a dishwasher causes inconvenience. The host was very helpful and responded quickly!

Maria's place is the perfect beach house for a family get away. Beautiful yard with a big lawn for kids to play - full fenced and secure. Right across the road from the beach, you literally have a 150 degree view of the water from the terrace. Next door is a playground for kids and a taverna if you don't feel like cooking. The house itself is modern, clean and nicely furnished, comfortable beds, pillows and enough towels. Maria was an amazing host who was quick with responses and flexible for our check in and check out. I highly recommend Maria's place for your next Greek beach vacation. Thank you!

Everything was great, very calm and relaxing stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tina’s beach house! The location couldn’t be better—just a short stroll to the beach and within easy walking distance to the vibrant village center, full of charming shops, restaurants, and cafés. The house itself was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. Our family had an amazing time here, and we truly felt at home. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommended.

Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

nice and cozy House, really close to the beach and near Restaurants. We we're as a couple there and had house and garden for us alone. Everything you needy is there. Wonderful place to be. Would have been perfect, If there would have been a shower curtain - so you do not wet so much of the floor.

We had a really good week in the Apartment from Nikos and Eleni. We found everything as described with lots of space, a very well equipped kitchen (which we only needed to prepare breakfast as there are so many nice Restaurants in very close walking distance) and a wonderful sea view from living room window and balcony. Contact to the owners was very easy and direct. Eleni was even waiting in front of the Apartment to welcome us. We would ask Nikos and Eleni first if there is a open slot if our next holiday brings us to Afytos once again.

We were very warmly welcomed, the apartment was very nice and looked like the pictures. The amenities were great, from washing machine, iron and hair dryer to over-the-counter painkillers and mosquito repellent, we were well equipped. Even cotton pads and flip flops were available. In the fridge there was a welcome greeting (wine) and two cold drinks. If we had any questions, they were answered quickly. The location was quiet, the view from the balcony beautiful. Opposite there was an uninhabited stretch of beach, where you could be alone. A few kilometers further there was a kind of beach bar, with sun loungers and parasols to rent for little money. There was also coffee, drinks and small snacks. Asprovalta is about 10/15 minutes away. Here you can enjoy beautiful lukewarm summer evenings with good gastronomy. All in all we had a very nice stay.

great location to stay near the festival. Reasonable price and host who helped us promptly when the toilet of one of the bathrooms got clogged. Furnished and complete kitchen for any eventuality.

We had a great time in the house of Periklis and his wife. The house is beautiful, the terrace, the garden and the private access to the water sensational. In the preseason, not everything was open all around, but we were looking for and found exactly that and the peace and quiet associated with it. We thank you for the hospitality we received! We had a wonderful stay at Stavroula's house in early May, outside the busy tourist season. The location is peaceful and within walking distance of Asprovalta beach – about 15 minutes on foot or just 4 minutes by car. The house is lovely and cozy, equipped with everything you might need for both a short or longer stay. It really feels like a home away from home. It's also a great spot for remote work – quiet surroundings, reliable internet, and a comfortable setup. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, promptly addressing anything we needed. There are local shops in the village where you can buy groceries and cook at home, and there are also restaurants nearby. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return to the same house.

Catherine is a very kind and helpful host!:) we loved to stay at her place. She gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and eat and was always worried about us having a good time in Chalkidiki. We went just 5 minutes to the beach, which was very calm and not overcrowded at all. We recommend staying at Catherines appartment! :)

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Paleokastro! It’s such a peaceful and authentic place — waking up to birdsong and hearing nightingales at night was pure magic. Debby, the owner, is very very kind and even brought us some delicious local treats. Her daughter Asthasia welcomed us warmly, gave us a lovely tour, and shared great tips for local beaches, supermarkets, and tavernas. They really made us feel at home. The house is simple but very tastefully decorated, fully equipped, and we especially enjoyed the private barbecue area — perfect for relaxed evenings outside. The only very small thing we noticed was that it would be nice if the showerhead could hang, but honestly, it didn’t bother us at all. We left feeling completely relaxed and full of good memories. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Yannis's villa is absolutely gorgeous, it consists of 2 flats on 2 floors, both with outdoor terrace, in a very peaceful area of Aprovalta. A lot of space, 2 toilets & showers and 2 kitchenettes, which works great for a big group of people, very clean and with everything we needed. Yannis is a great host, very responsive and helpful, and he even left us ice creams in the freezer, so sweet! We recommend this accomodation without any doubt, we truly had a wonderful time. We stayed at Kalli's place for a month with our 7 years-old son and we had a great time. The area is all green and peaceful, only a few minutes away from the beaches by car, the upper terrace has a full view of the coast and our hosts provided us with everything we needed and great tips about where to visit in the surrounding area. The farm house is really well taken care of, all the animals are lovely and friendly, and our son was very happy to be there. I highly recommend this place, and would like to thank them once more for the wonderful vacation we had there. Definitely returning back next year!
