Kritamon Apartment in Neos Marmaras – highly recommended! The apartment is very clean, modern, and newly furnished – truly a place to feel comfortable. We were completely satisfied! The host was extremely friendly and responded to all our questions within minutes. This is exactly how a perfect stay should be. We will definitely come back!

I won't be wrong if I say that this is one of the best locations in the city. on the one hand, it is very close to the center, but on the other hand, it is very quiet. The house is located downstairs, so you don't have to go up and down all the time. Very close to the beach, supermarket, restaurants. The view from the balcony and the peacock living nearby deserve special attention:) The host is very friendly and hospitable. Highly recommended!

Staying in the "Sky" apartment will be unforgettable for us! We are delighted with the apartment, it met all our expectations and the hosts are very nice. The apartment was perfectly clean and prepared for our stay, we were very surprised by the kitchen equipment, which allows you to prepare everything you could dream of (there is even a coffee machine and capsules for it). In the apartment, we felt at home, thanks to the spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and a well-maintained common area, a high level of comfort is maintained. Just like the photos. The owners respond quickly and comprehensively to questions. Upon arrival, the hosts also took care of our comfort by asking about the course of our holiday. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the sea, the neighborhood is very friendly and there are shops, restaurants and everything you need nearby. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and will gladly visit it again.

Dimitri’s studio was a fantastic place to stay — clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, with an amazing sea view! Afitos is a beautiful town with charming streets and excellent restaurants just a short walk away. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

It was really nice staying at Michalis, we shared some traditional Romanian drinks and then he came back with something from his side. He's a really nice guy helping with directions, best restaurants/beaches, where's the best place to buy olive oil :)) and many more. It's mandatory to rent a boat for a day because the place is just gorgeous and Michalis has his own boats meaning it's really easy to do so. Overall - a great location, very private, cosy and a 10/10 host.

This is one of the best places we have stayed. The apartment is well designed with modern furniture inside, a comfortable bed and lots of crockery and kitchen utensils. The outside balcony and the views from inside are stunning. We will miss waking up and looking at the view from bed!! It is a quiet area so sleeping at night is a dream. Parking is easy and the town offers lots of shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk into town and along to the next bay for even more choice of restaurants. If you have a car it is worth driving over to the other side of the peninsula for a range of different coves and beaches. Getting into the apartment is really easy with an electronic keypad on the door handle. Vagelis gave excellent information and was easy to contact. There is always hot water and the shower is modern and powerful. The washing machine also works well. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to explore the area.

Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night: I would have liked to spend more time in the apartment or on the balcony. The sea view was great. Everything was as described, cozy and we felt very welcome. The location was quiet and parking was easy. The communication with Patroklos was fantastic. We'd love to come back!

This was a really good experience. The place was amazing. Walking distance from the beach and the promenade. But most important they treat us like a family. Highly recommend!

Nice apartment in a very central location in the city center. The apartment provides everything that's necessary for a short stay. Be aware that there are bars nearby, so it might be loud at night, and earplugs might be helpful. Nevertheless, I definitely recommend the appartment for a short stay in Thessaloniki.

At "La luna" we are more in a hotel than in an AirBnB but honestly in the best sense of the word. I'd call it a family hotel. Impeccable, warm and caring service. Impeccable and renewed cleanliness for the well-being of residents. Impeccable location, all the interesting points of Neos Marmaras within walking distance. The owners of the place are adorable. Theodosios, the son, greeted us with smiles, advice/recommendations and a detailed tour despite the late hour of our arrival. Throughout the stay, we come across one or more smiling faces, who are interested in our feelings and always give us more advice. At the end of our stay, we are once again surrounded by warmth and sweetness. We had the pleasure of sleeping in the Blue Suite. The decoration of the room, like the house in general, is charming. The peculiarity was accommodation at the turn of years. I searched for a place by the sea, with a fireplace, to feel at home. For my expectations it was exactly what I was looking for. I think summer is a nice place too. We communicated very well with the host, he provided me with wood, I don't think you will need this in the summer :) I frequently visit accommodations with fireplaces and I know that the owners offer only a few wood, for the atmosphere. This was not the case here. Anyway we had a bag with wood in the trunk, brought from Romania :)) The place is well equipped, the place is welcoming, a lot of wood and stone. It was a pleasant experience for us.

Lovely apartment in a very good part of Thessaloniki - plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and there's also easy access to bus stops close by for going any further out. Apartment looked just like the photos and the host gave very helpful instructions about how to use the amenities and get inside! Would recommend

You live centrally in Thessaloniki and have a great view. The furnishings speak for themselves, of course! All in all, a beautiful, large accommodation.

It’s the second time me and my husband are staying there and every time is better than the previous!!! The place is really worth the money, it’s clean, spacious with wine, snacks and coffee. The balcony is a bonus.

We had a nice stay. The host met us, the day before check-in sent us a lot of information about faster access to the location ,about good restaurants,sights, and beach locations. Our stay was peaceful, the apartment perfectly suited the descriptions and our space was enough for our big company..
