Vacation rentals with a patio in Ascona

Truly spectacular - one of the best views I've enjoyed from any accommodation ever. The home inside was also perfect for a short term stay for two people - super cozy and very clean. Communications from the hosts before and during our stay were great. The home is a little bit further outside of the city then we realized when looking at the map (~15 minute drive up the hill) so take advantage of the restaurant recommendations nearby! Agriturismo Zertin was fantastic

Dieses Airbnb ist einfach grossartig! Es entspricht genau den Bilder und die Aussicht übertrifft einfach alles. Man hat eine sehr schöne kleine Terrasse und dazu noch einen Balkon mit wunderschöner Sicht auf den See! Wirklich einfach unglaublich! Auch die Wohnung ist modern, sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Auch Gian Domenico ist sehr nett, zeigte uns das ganze Airbnb und ist immer erreichbar. Kann ich also nur weiterempfehlen und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

This place is amazing! Super tranquil, excellent view, location is superb. Birgitt and her co host are very kind and easy to communicate with. The house is stunning and has so much character and charm. I’d come back anytime.

We loved staying at Alessia’s place. Beautiful view and great location. She was also very helpful in picking us up from the ferry and setting up a boat tour for us. I’d definitely recommend this place!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Carmen. Das Zimmer war toll und hatte alles, was man brauchte - sogar Tipps zum Wandern und Essen gab es. Bei Fragen war Carmen schnell und super hilfsbereit. Und weil das nicht genug war, gab es noch einen idyllischen Pool und jede Menge Hilfe und Unterstützung bei Anfragen oder Sonderwünschen. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal hier und danken Carmen für ihre tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Notre séjour c’est parfaitement bien passé, Kathi et sa petite famille ont été adorables avec beaucoup d’attention prévue lors de notre arrivée, notamment pour notre chienne qui avait un jouet, sa gamelle et des friandises qui l’attendaient. Ils nous ont recommandé les meilleurs restaurants et lieux à découvrir. Le logement est très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût et la vue … est à couper le souffle. Cadre paisible et typique. Nous recommandons sans hésiter et si nous revenons à Côme ce sera chez Kathi, Ivan et Daisy.

This was a 10 star experience! We absolutely loved our stay in Luciano and Katia’s house. It was perfect. The train is conveniently located within minutes of the house. Though it was near, you could not hear the train. It was quiet. The location is beautiful, in a valley between the Swiss Alps on one side and the Italian Alps on the other. We loved riding bicycles along the small farms nearby. Luciano is the friendliest host we’ve ever met, always eager to enhance our stay. He showed us the gorgeous scenery in different areas nearby. This house is the most well equipped we’ve stayed in with Airbnb. They generously supplied coffee, breakfast cereals, fruit, milk, juice, spices, cooking oil, and more. We would highly recommend this house and we would definitely return when we come back to Switzerland. Thank you Luciano and Katia! We had a wonderful week.

Sehr schönes kleines Studio. Top Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore. Gut ausgestattet und perfekt für ein verlängertes Wochenende. Kommunikation mit Basil und Katia war einfach und unkompliziert. Das Badezimmer war etwas klein, daher ehere geeignet für junge Besucher. Alles in allem eine Top-Erfahrung und sehr empfehlenswert.

This is the place!!!! it does not really matter if the weather is good or bad!!! it just feels amazing to get your coffee in the balcony enjoying the view!!! The host could not be more friendly and nice. She was very responsive and recommended places to go! I will point every single friend of mine to that place! 🙂😎🙃 highly recommended!!!

High quality accommodation in a great location. Very peaceful and tranquil area. Bonus if you like dogs and cats as the owners pets are very friendly. Would recommend the accommodation without hesitation to other travellers

wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, das Rustico ist sehr charmant und gut ausgestattet mit einem wunderbaren Blick über den Lago Maggiore, alles war so wie beschrieben.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Alles war super ausgestattet und total sauber und einladend. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Küche war sogar so eingerichtet, dass man so gut wie nichts von Zuhause mitbringen musste. Die Aussicht war ebenfalls traumhaft und der Aufstieg zum Haus lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Tobias ist ein super Gastgeber! Wir haben sofort genaue Infos zum Check-in und alles weitere erhalten. Der Kontakt war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für die tolle Zeit in Brissago und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Alles bestens wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos. Bestens in 10 Minuten von der Bussstation zu erreichen. Schönes historisches Gebäude mit stilvoller Einrichtung.

My husband, my children and I stayed at Sebastiano’s place for three days and we have collected lots of nice memories for life. The views of this place are amazing. It is very comfortable and has in the surroundings many places to visit, or to do water sports. It was very easy to arrive by public transport and also to move from there to every sightseeing in the region. The house is very homie, and the kitchen had everything we needed, The pool is big plus and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We will come back for sure.

One of the most stunning locations you can imagine on Lugano. Right on the lake, 3 storeyed and superbly kept. Don't think. Just go for it if you are considering Lugano. Fantabulous views.

Wow! We have fallen in love with Varenna! We are so happy that we booked Marco and Syliva's wonderful apartment who were very welcoming! A breathtaking (beyond words or photos) view awaits you in the apartment. Everything was as pictured and even better. The terrace outside was an extra bonus! Large and private with an incredible view of course. The beds were very, very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless - good size, all the amenities and the shower was very nice with good water pressure and hot water. The apartment is up the hill from the ferry and quiet and peaceful. A short walk (5 min) brings you into the main square of the town. Varenna is small, so everything is close. Restaurants amazing! Al Prato and il Cavatappi were great! The Monastery & Villa Capressi - gorgeous! We took a boat ride. We toured other amazing villas too. Plenty of room for me and my husband & our adult daughter. What a beautiful property. The accommodations are stunning and very well done. Kitchen is equipped well for light meals to enjoy in the fabulous garden terrace with the most amazing views of the lake. We truly enjoyed the space and the terrace. The renovation to this property was done with care and attention to detail, with contemporary and clean Italian design. Functional and beautiful. Nicholas was an amazing host. He helped us with food recommendations, reservations, beach clubs or any information or help we needed. Couldn’t recommend this property more. Will definitely be booking again on our next trip to lake Como!

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

Eine sehr praktisch eingerichtetes, sehr gepflegtes und in wunderschöner Aussichtslage befindliches 2 Zimmer Appartement. Es lässt sich vortrefflich für einige Tage dort unterkommen und ist für lange Wanderungen in den Bergen perfekt geeignet. Michael kommuniziert schnell und ist für zusätzliche Fragen oder Anliegen offen. Herzlichen Dank, lieber Michael, für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

The apartment gave the real Italian feeling. The pattio and garden were amazing and gave an relaxing enviroment. And the views over Lago di Como was breathtaking. Could sit outside and just enjoy the view and silence for hours. Would absolutly stay there again.
