Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

From the balcony you have a wonderful view over our district of Schweinheim and the foothills of the Spessarts. Ideal for cyclists, bikers as free parking spaces right in and at the house. Garage space can be provided. Especially for cyclists, there are closed parking spaces directly in the house. It is also great for trade fair exhibitors.

The citycentre is about 5min away by car, but can also easily be reached by bus (bus station is 200m from the flat) or by foot (20min along the banks of the river Main). Parking is possible in the yard, in front of the apartment. A supermarket (with some food-to-go options) and a beer garden are nearby.
