Welcome to this leisure paradise, 100 meters to the lake Värmeln. A complete farm from the 19th century with barn, herbage, stalls, fence yard and sauna and bathing jetty. The farm is located high up, surrounded by a large courtyard with two furnished patios, lawns, berry bushes, fruit trees. Here you have a wide view of the lake, meadows, forest and the old village of Nussviken. At your own beach there is a wood-fired sauna, bathing jetty, canoe, kayak and rowboat to borrow. For children there is swing, sandbox and playhouse.

We offer an entire summer cottage for relaxing. The cottage has a main building with a bedroom that sleeps a double bed, the cottage also has a kitchen with a gas stove, a wood stove, a fridge, a dining area, a wood fireplace and a couch. The guesthouse that is directly adjacent has two double beds. The summer cottage has solar panels and the ability to charge phones. There is a mole toilet inside, but we do not have running water. Drinking water, bed linen and towels we provide. The forest offers lots of berries and mushroom

Midden het bos dus er kan volop genoten worden van de rust en de ruimte, u kunt zo vanuit uw huisje de bossen inlopen om uren te struinen maar met een wandeling van 10 min staat u aan het meer Värmeln En met de auto bent u binnen 20 min in het stadje Arvika, het dorpje Klässbol of op de golfbaan. De auto kan bij het huisje geparkeerd worden.

Relax in this peaceful cottage of 50 sqm. The cottage is located only 1 mile outside Arvika. Forest and swimming opportunities are just a few meters away. It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed. There's also a sofa bed available. A kitchen with two stoves, a microwave and a fridge with a freezer compartment. A bathroom with shower. Duvet and pillow are available to borrow. An air heat pump is available for both heating and cooling as well as a fireplace.
