Vacation rentals with breakfast in Arta

Our stay was absolutely wonderful with Sophia and Dimitri! They are fantastic hosts, kind and accommodating, helpful with super fast communication. Highlights of our stay: being invited to the special family Easter gathering, sharing in delicious traditional cuisine/treats and Greek tradition, our girls loved it as did we! There's a gorgeous grass patch with kids play area and toys, our girls spent hours running around under the Spring blossoms, swinging and playing soccer, which was a real treat coming from a tiny apartment in Athens. Great location, comfortable bed, super clean, all the amenities, beautiful generous host family with lovely kind children. Highly recommended! Thank you Sophia and Dimitri for such kindness and a unique and memorable stay in Preveza xx

Siamo stati davvero benissimo nella vostra casa in Grecia! La posizione è incantevole, immersa nella natura e con una vista mozzafiato sul mare. La casa è accogliente, curata nei minimi dettagli e ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. La tranquillità del luogo e l'ospitalità calorosa hanno reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Speriamo di poter tornare presto!

this is the nicest house we have been, nicely decorated , like a real dream vacation home. kitchen with everything you need, gave us advice on activities, restaurants everything we wanted to know. the house is in a village, all neighbors came to say hello, the cute dog, cat and even a 🐓. and there is fireplace ready with all equipment needed. we sure will like to come again

Out of the way and private, bit of a detour to get there but some beautiful views made the drive worthwhile. They have everything you need but come prepared with groceries for dinner.

An amazing villa, fully furnished and super! Clean. We traveled with a 1.5 years old baby and Loana provided everything we needed for him (bed, sheets, chair). Every 3 days they come to clean and change sheets and towels which was very nice. Even though we arrived late at night Loana was responsive and welcomed us in including coffee, jam and crackers that waited for us in the living room. Loana and her team provided us with recommendations of where to visit and eat which was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back again.

Πολύ ευγενικοί και φιλόξενοι άνθρωποι! Όταν φτάσαμε μας καλωσόρισαν με σπιτικά καλουδια! Το σπίτι είχε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν, ήταν ζεστό και αρκετά ευρύχωρο για μια οικογένεια. Ειδικά για παιδιά ήταν ότι καλύτερο, μεγάλη αυλή με κοτουλες, μπαλκόνι με παιχνίδια, τραμπολίνο! Έξω από την Καρδίτσα, κοντά με τη λίμνη Πλαστήρα και μισή ώρα μακριά από τον Μύλο των Ξωτικών στα Τρίκαλα. Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά!

Εξαιρετική η διαμονή μας, το σπίτι πολύ όμορφο και σε πολύ καλό σημείο της πόλης. Ο Στέλιος εξαιρετικός και βοηθητικος όπου χρειάστηκε.

Spiros and Foteini are great hosts. They were available for support at all times. Spiros was really helpful and welcome us on the island and guided us around. Due to the lack of A/C the house is really hot, so when we asked for an extra fan, Spiros sent us one right the next day! He was always there to help even in the night when we needed help! Pros: The house is really beautiful and the landscape amazing. The fact that you can take the car and/or bike to move around. The nature is thriving and you can smell the forest in the air. The house has many plants around creating a nice atmosphere! The hosts are really kind and supportive! Cons: the house is under the sun constantly making it really hot, in absence of wind! To sleep the shades have to be open to allow some breeze in, allowing also the sun and the noise from neighbors. The car is needed to move around so the price is increased. If there was A/C and the car included I would give 5/5 on the price. I strongly suggest the house!

Het was een heerlijke plek om even te rusten en bij te komen tijdens onze fietsreis. We hebben erg genoten van het gezellige appartement. Een echte aanrader voor iedereen!

We been treated as a family. Filippos and his mother Iris did everything to make our stay as joy as possible. When we arrived, the fireplace was lit and warmed up our apartment. Iris spoiled us with women made cakes, olives and olive oil. She addressed all our requests like extra blanked, additional cookware etc. The place is quiet, nice easy to reach by car from Kalabaka by good road. Worth every penny, but again, the main is a feeling we were at home with a family. Dreaming already to come back.

Anfang Mai hatten wir die Unterkunft quasi für uns alleine und alle haben sich sehr herzlich um uns gekümmert. Zimmer wurde zwischendurch gereinigt und die Poolanlage wurde extra für uns geöffnet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Zum Abschluss gab es Blumen auf unser Auto. Die Gastgeber waren an Herzlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen :)

Better. Known as Blue Star. Accommodations are new and the hosts are very hospitable. The hotel is about a block back from the Main Street. Breakfast was amazing and Mike ( great sense of humor) gave us a lift to the next town as we continued our journey. Thank you for the excellent service.

Άψογο και λειτουργικό σπίτι και όλα πεντακάθαρα. Εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με αρκετά πράγματα για βασικό πρωινό. Είχε Πάρκιν και ήταν πολύ ήσυχο. Εξαιρετική επικοινωνία και πολύ καλή θέρμανση. Αν ξαναπάω Ιωάννινα με την οικογένεια θα μείνω πάλι εκεί

Το τριήμερο που περάσαμε στο σπίτι του Γιώργου στη Σκουληκαριά, ήταν το ωραιότερο τριήμερο της ζωής μας!!!! Το σπίτι είναι σαν παραμυθένιο, με ένα υπέροχο τζάκι και φανταστική θέα στον Αμβρακικό κόλπο. Είναι ζεστό και βολικό και η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Επίσης, είναι σε άριστη τοποθεσία, ακριβώς στην πλατεία του χωριού και όλα είναι προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια. Ακριβώς δίπλα είναι η ταβέρνα του Κωστάκη, το Παντοπωλείο, όπου τρώγαμε, πίναμε καφέ και ποτό το βράδυ με όλους του υπέροχους και μοναδικούς χαρακτήρες του χωριού. Ο Γιώργος δεν ήταν απλά εξυπηρετικός, έγινε φίλος μας πραγματικός, σα να γνωριζόμασταν χρόνια. Μαζί με τη μητέρα του, την απίστευτη κυρία Θεωδορα μας κάναν να νιώσουμε οικογένεια. Ο Γιώργος μας πρότεινε φανταστικές κοντινές εκδρομές και πεζοπορίες, ενώ ήταν πάντα πρόθυμος να απαντήσει σε κάθε μας απορία και να μας διευκολύνει με κάθε τρόπο! Συνολικά, η εμπειρία που ζήσαμε θα μας μείνει αξέχαστη και οπωσδήποτε θα ξαναγυρίσουμε σύντομα! Ευχαριστούμε Γιώργο για όλα!!!!

Ioannis was an excellent host. He was very communicative since booking, he waited for us to arrive, took us to the apartment, he answered immediately to whatever we wanted to ask, and he was very flexible with his dates and times. I would totally recommend him and his place! Thanks for everything Ioannis!

Le séjour dans l'appartement de Nikos et sa famille s'est remarquablement bien passé, le logement est de grande qualité, propreté irréprochable, et au calme. Emplacement idéal pour visiter l'île de Lefkada, il bénéficie d'une place de parking privé. Merci à la maman pour sa gentillesse et ses attentions. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

What a great place, the view from the balcony is just amazing. People in the reception were nice and helpful. I recommend 100% this place.

Best air BnB and hotel! Great communication and one of the most beautiful rooms we haves stayed in. Every detail is thought of from the cloud like mattress to very nice soap and shampoo in the shower. Highly recommended and especially for the price!
