Beautiful modern cottage in the first row with magnificent views of Roskilde Fjord. High up on a hill where the fjord view all day long and the sunset is most beautiful. The house is 98 sqm and stylishly furnished with a living/dining room from which there is a clear view of the fjord. The living room has a built-in fireplace and the house contains four cosy bedrooms, a functional bathroom and separate well-equipped kitchen. Our cottage is located in Evetofte/Melby on a nice, densely planted and sunny plot. Here, there is a cycling distance to the cozy Liseleje, which offers restaurants, cafes and a cozy shopping life. It's real Danish holiday coziness at its best. Liseleje also has one of Denmark's best beaches with a magical light when the sun sets after a long beautiful day. In the last few years, we have updated the house with a new kitchen, new bathroom, post-insulated, new thermal windows and a whole garden.
