The apartment has a private, 130 m2 sun terrace on top of the building. A private parking space is available in the basement of the building. Bus station at two minutes walk.

The apartment is in one of the most exclusive residential areas on the island, very safe and well connected. It is part of a beautiful villa but has a separate entrance and direct access to the garden and private pool. Equipped with all kinds of details. Price/night up to 2 people €65, 3rd person supplement €15. We are close to a promenade, with a bike path, which leads to Arrecife or Playa Honda, an ideal location for exploring the island: 37 km from the south and 40 km from the north.

We, the owners, do the reception, which is why we will receive you from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you arrive later, ask us about availability and the extra charge that would apply
