The bed was soo comfortable and fresh..host took great care and invested genoursly to present a very clean and modern apartment..all brand new and of high quality..The view was amazing and the apartment got a nice refreshing breeze ..considering such an amazing panoramic sea view expect some noise at its directly on the courniche road..love the place..will definitely book again..

Perfect location with views over Istanbul and the Bosphorus estuary. The tram stop is a 2 min walk, the Tunel to the top of the hill is even closer. Ferry terminal is a 10 min walk. The apartment is actually 2 apartments, one on the 7th floor and the other on the 8th (the roof). Note the lift only goes as far as the 7th floor but it’s only a few steps to the 2nd apartment. Both apartments were very clean and smart though there were a few bits that didn’t quite look finished by the builders. Kitchen is nice especially with the big window that you throw open but lacked some cooking equipment. The roof terrace on the 8th floor is great to soak up the sights, sounds and smells of this amazing city. Didn’t use the hot tub as it would take forever to fill. This is a great base to explore both sides of the Bosphorus and you can be at most major tourist sites within 20 minutes. Gülşen was very helpful. He arranged a pick up/return for us from/to the airport which was great.

I was a little nervous to book with no reviews but don't hesitate. We stayed with two littles and it is kid approved. The location was perfect as a first time visitor to Istanbul and the view was awesome from both the flat and rooftop. The area is walkable with lots of food options and public transport is minutes away. The host is also very responsive and helped us late in the night when we locked ourselves out of the safe. The only thing I wish I had known prior was that cars are not allowed on the street in front of the place, so you do need to walk to the flat from your drop off point. The peninsula hotel nearby is a good place to do that and avoid stairs. Would definitely book again.

اقمنا في شقه هاكان كانت جميله جددا واطلالتها ساحره مطله على البسفور وكل شي موجود بها ونظيفه جدا ..الموقع رائع الترام تحت المنزل يمكنك بسهوله الذهاب الى تقسيم وامينونو السوق المصري وجميع الاماكن الحيوية بسهوووله وهو مايعطي الشقه الاهميه بعد اطلالتها تحت الشقه مباشره توجد سفن السهرات سواء الشاميه او التركيه وكثير من الفعاليات يمكن القيام بها بسبب موقع الشقه الممتاز

Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut gewesen da man egal was sehr schnell erreichen konnte und trotzdem auch gewissermaßen seine Ruhe hatte kann ich nur jeden weiter empfehlen sehr gut. Vielen Dank für alles✌️☺️

What an experience it was! Truly surreal views and one of the most comfortable stays I’ve had. The house has got everything you’ll need during the stay. Mete is the most kindest host I’ve met. You made me feel like home. He has been very responsive and available anytime. Thank you, Mete for taking me around and showing me the neighbourhood. Felt very safe and comfortable being a solo traveler. Appreciate your time and efforts to make the trip so memorable.

This was a lovely place to spend our first week in Turkey. It was very comfortable, there were plenty of kitchen supplies, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Although it is right on a busy street, it was quite quiet inside, especially the bedrooms. We really liked having a washer and dryer. There are two or three small markets nearby. Public transit was easy to access. There aren't many restaurants close by, so we were glad to be able to take the tram or the funicular to access other neighborhoods with lots of restaurants. The view of the Bosphorus was always enjoyable with the many boats going by all of the time. We would highly recommend the apartment to others.

Loved this neighbourhood so much. So many great cafes and chill local vibes. We are so happy that we stayed here. We slept really well and feel so lucky that Omer allowed us to check in earlier and later. He was super flexible and easy to communicate with.

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

Harika bir konaklama oldu. Semra hanım çok ilgili ve her konuda yardımcı oldu. Evin manzarası ve bahçesi huzur verici. Temizlik, konfor ve diğer şeylerde herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım, ev açıklamalarda ve fotograflarda belirtildiği gibiydi. Burada tekrar kalmak için sabırsızlanıyorum :)

This is by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in this neighborhood—and we’ve tried five others before! Our host, Zafer, was incredibly thoughtful, kind, and always responsive. The apartment has absolutely breathtaking views—our visiting friends were speechless when they saw them! The location is perfect: just a 5–8 minute walk to the Bosphorus, where you can enjoy fishing, running, walking, or simply soaking in the beauty of the water. There are fantastic breakfast, lunch, and dinner spots nearby, and a grocery store just 30 seconds away (they even deliver!). Our kids loved the place, and we felt right at home. We had an unforgettable time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Ev çok güzel bir bölgede, çok güzel bir evdi. Küçük çocuklu ailelerin dikkatli olması gerekli çünkü evde çok fazla aksesuar var ve çocuklar çok meraklı. Bir de böcekler konusunda fobiniz var ise biraz sıkıntı yaşayabilirsiniz. Yataklar çok rahattı, fazla havlular sağlanmıştı.

during checkin..its seem like dull neighbourhood..but day after tours around istanbul. now i realised this apartment is actually peaceful neighbourhood and really great place to stay after tired. Btw, the highlight of this apartment is: -2min walk to tram yusufpasa -1min walk to bustop -1min walk to various atm -some restaurants downstairs -5min walk to convenience store the house itself - spacious - bright vibe - tiptop clean - well maintained - enough silverware to cook yourself - feel like own home the host - super responsive - no problem with english - warm welcoming by his father even though not really into english speaking but we got his point. if i need to describe in 2 words about this apartment is " convenience location"

Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again

We stayed for 2 nights at Vedat's place. We did enjoy the close proximity to the beach which makes Büyükçekmece one of the highlights in Istanbul. The neighbourhood is family-like and welcoming to respectful guests. Spending a weekend there will truly create unforgetful memories. Vedat and his brother made sure that our stay was as smooth as possible. When I had a question, Vedat was only a text message away. Would stay again.

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

Fantastic host, wonderful apartment and most importantly, the best value for money available. The flat is spotlessly refurbished to accomodate the needs of a large family, the internet was fast and reliable, the kitchen fully equipped and the living room cozy enough to never leave (although I'd advise against this 🫠). Overall, a stay to recommend and a host to compliment !
