Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Relax in peaceful surroundings in a cozy, bright cottage. The garden is fully fenced so dogs can run free. Make s'mores over a campfire, grill on the terrace or take a walk in the area, close to the sea. Only about 300 meters to a public bathing jetty and pebble beach. With protected nature in Ådalen, there are plenty of opportunities to hike and enjoy the beautiful surroundings along the sea. The house is small but charming in a real cottage style. 5 minutes by car to groceries, 45 minutes from Copenhagen, 20 minutes from Roskilde or Holbæk.

Housing on natural land

Stay in the countryside in our 140 m² wooden house. The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, which can be combined into a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, which can be used as needed. Feel free to enjoy our large garden of 15,500 m² with many cozy nooks and a fireplace. We have 15 hens and a rooster that contribute to the rural atmosphere. The house is on one level and has a large, bright living room and a country kitchen. We live in a former cottage on the property.

The cottage has 3 kayaks you can borrow if you want to enjoy the fjord from the water. The fjord "Tempelkrogen" is known for its good fishing waters. The cottage is 45 minutes from Copenhagen.

Indendørs findes biograf, billiard og bordtennis - perfekt til både afslapning og sjov. Huset har 4 soveværelser med plads til 8, samt skønt anneks med plads til 4. The apartment is an independent unit, with its own entrance, at one end of a villa. There is a spacious bathroom and a kitchen, the apartment is suitable for one or a couple. There is free parking and several shopping opportunities nearby. There are several bus stops within 500 meters. It is about 3 km to Holbæk city center, and about 65 km to Copenhagen. There's pretty much highway all the way.
