Excellent location to discover Erevan, great communication with Narek and comfortable apartment!

We enjoyed our stay at Emma's place. The place was spacious, bright and clean. We had everything we needed. Our host was very nice and attentive. It was nice of her to call the next day to see if everything is good and we had everything we needed. The location is great right in the center of the city. The only problem was the entrance which is not in the main street and it took us some time to find it. Also be aware that there is no elevator and there are some stairs to get to the apartment. Overall we had a nice stay and I recommend it if you are planning to go to Yerevan.

Dr. Meri's place was spotlessly clean, accurately described and Dr. Meri herself is a very helpful and amazing person. She even had some snack prepared for us, so we didn't have to rush to a supermarket to get supplies, even though one of them is just the opposite side of the street. If we'll be back in Yerevan, we would be really happy to stay at her place or rent it long term. Please do not hesitate to contact her or just go ahead and book her place. Her place is the best Airbnb we ever stayed. Her place is in a walkable distance from the center (took us about 15-20 min, depend on the route we took).

Best place to stay at in Yerevan if not much space is needed, dor a very good price. Nice and clean small apartment, great location that makes all of Yerevan easily accessible and has many stores close-by. Diana is always helpful, always very communicative!

Excellent stay with my family, his place was very comfortable with alot of space and it matched the photos. Excellent location everything was walkable. Would highly recommend.

The host has good communication, answering all messages in a few minutes. The building and room was very clean. Within about 100 meters there is a shop with lots of convenience shops, fruit and vegetable stores, a pharmacy etc.

The appartment looks like on the photos. It was very comfortable, and all the amenities were there. The host was very responsive and supportive. Definitely will stay there next time.

Good place, though be aware that there are no way to open any window, although there is a lovely close balcony, just without any opening opportunity. Air conditioner on the other hand works fine. Overall good experience.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Aren, grâce à la gentillesse de la dame qui nous a accueilli! Le logement se trouve dans un endroit magnifique avec une très belle vue, quoique les transports pour y accéder soient un peu capricieux.

Mon séjour dans cet appartement a été exceptionnel ! Idéalement situé, il permet d’accéder facilement aux lieux d’intérêt locaux. L’appartement est bien équipé avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. De plus, l’hôte était accueillant et réactif. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour un séjour confortable et pratique.

The apartment was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. It’s located in a decent neighborhood with shops and transport nearby. The host, Samvel, was very friendly and welcoming. He stayed in touch throughout our stay and was always ready to help if we needed anything. We really appreciated his hospitality. Would definitely recommend this place!

Well worth the money! Clean and really well situated. Make sure to ask for coordinates in advance as the address on Airbnb doesn't work on Google Maps. Owner is responsive and there is staff nearby for any needs.

Хороший вариант для кратковременного пребывания. В апартаментах очень тихо, достаточно близко до канатной дороги. Но по ночам может быть холодно, включайте обогрев (мы его не сразу заметили)

J’ai passé un excellent séjour chez Vigen. L’appartement était très confortable et impeccablement propre. Vigen est un hôte très disponible, et la communication avec lui a été des plus agréables. L’immeuble est luxueux, offrant des équipements exceptionnels tels qu’une piscine, un hammam et un sauna. L’appartement, quant à lui, est lumineux et bénéficie d’une vue magnifique depuis son balcon. Je recommande vivement cet appartement et reviendrai avec plaisir !
