Newly renovated studio apartment, located 1.6km from the Republic Square. It is in a new building, in a safe neighborhood, on the top floor (no elevator). The apartment is 46sqm, bright and welcoming. There is a comfortable large queen bed, a lovely kitchen and plenty of wardrobe space. A 24h self check-in is available, high-speed (200mb/s) wifi and all that will make your stay comfortable. We have a wonderful view of Mount Ararat too!

The bathroom features a modern design with green tiled walls and a sleek, minimalist layout. A washing machine is integrated into a contemporary countertop with a round sink. A toilet is positioned adjacent, while light wood flooring adds warmth to the space.

This stylish studio located on the second floor has been newly renovated and designed to create a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. All the major attractions, shopping streets, restaurants and bars are around the corner (1 min walk to Opera, 7 min walk to Cascade, etc.). I am an experienced host and will do my best to make sure my guests enjoy their stay and feel as if they are at their own home or in a quality hotel!

Great large accommodation, with all amenities, not far from the airport. The host met us at the airport as dear guests, took us to the house. We ate at his cafe. I highly recommend staying at this house.

The open air balcony is furnished with two sleek chairs and a small round table. A view of a bustling cityscape is visible, showcasing rows of buildings and tree-lined streets below. The balcony railing provides safety while allowing for unobstructed sightlines.

The apartment is actually even prettier than on pictures, with every corner aesthetic and comfortable. Besides it has everything you need during a trip , better than in a 5* hotel. The building is secure and can be accessed only by inhabitants. The supermarket is right next to it, which makes it very comfortable. Taxi is very cheap in Armenia, you can get to the center in 10 minutes for just $2-3. The host is incredibly caring and made sure my stay was maximally pleasant and comfortable

Our group of 9 had a fantastic stay at Davit’s place! The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable, easily accommodating our large party. Davit was a wonderful host – very friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. We loved using the clean sauna and large pool, and the grill was a great addition. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, even for cooking for nine. Comfortable beds too! The house and yard is beautiful and clean. Highly recommended for larger groups looking for a great place with excellent amenities.

Such a lovely apartment, out of the noise of the city but an easy walk down Cascades, and taxi back if the escalators were closed. Fantastic views! Sofiya and Karen have a beautiful home that is so quiet at night. We had everything we needed plus more, and were extremely comfortable. Very friendly and communicative, our hosts made the whole experience so easy and just amazing. Thank you!
