Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! This is a beautiful apartment located in the outskirts of Patras. This makes it slightly inconvenient to reach the center, but we didn't mind as we mainly used the place to stay for the night. The apartment is stylishly decorated with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities. The terrace is nice too, but the weather wasn't too great. In all, great value for money, especially for those who want to stay in. If you want to explore Patras, you better strap your laces. In our case, we took the car down the boulevard through the port and parked near the large church.

Extremely friendly and communicative host, with helpful tips! The house is located in a very small village outside Karpenisi (~15 minutes). You're surrounded by nature and quiet. The view from the balcony is amazing. There were 6 of us and we fit comfortably. We were very satisfied and happy with our stay! :)
