Vacation rentals with beach access in Argostolion

We had a great stay in Argostoli. The location can’t be beat. Walking distance to everything in town. There are a ton of restaurants and shops within minutes. Check in was smooth and easy and the apartment was very clean.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Eva’s place and it was an experience to remember! From the moment I arrived we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The space was immaculate, stylishly decorated and equipped with all amenities one could need. The location was perfect, nestled in a quite neighborhood yet close to all the local attraction. I particularly enjoyed the cozy balcony where I could unwind with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of their welcome wine in the evening. Eva and her family went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests truly set this stay apart. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a home away from home. We felt very pampered by your gift at the end of our stay. Thank you for everything Ev 😊!

Beautiful and comfortable one bedroom apartment within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the port, with a beautiful view and terrace, and a short drive from the stunning beach of Antisamos. The owners are friendly, always available, and helpful. Highly recommended.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in the Chloe villa and it didn’t disappoint! It’s such a beautiful location with an amazing sea view to watch the sunrise. The pool is directly below and the sea over the road which is perfect for early morning swims. Especially due to the changing temperatures in the water where salt meets fresh and there are warm spots and cold spots. It’s a short pebble beach so water shoes (or flippers in my daughter’s case) make getting in and out of the water much easier. Steve was a brilliant host! Nothing was too much trouble. Really responsive and because we had a late flight extended our checkout time until 6pm which meant we could enjoy a full last day. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including some starter items for your arrival, such as biscuits, jam, milk, butter… and wine! There is a coffee machine, toasty maker & everything else you may need (incl. washing machine and dishwasher) A 20 min coast walk straight to Sami!

very beautiful building and very beautiful interior. it really stands out for its cleanliness it is absolutely spotless and the hallways smell beautiful. The apartment itself has been designed to an extremely standard. it most definitely deserves and justifies its luxury name. the air con was fabulous the water was hot the beds were comfy. and the technology was modern. free netflix which was a plus and very lovely host. and more than one balcony to sit at

Schöne Unterkunft, die sehr ruhig gelegen ist. Das Bad war etwas klein aber für uns ausreichend. Begrüßt wurden wir mit Wein, Brot, Aufschnitt und anderen Snacks, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Handtücher und Bett wurde auch alle 2 Tage gemacht, was wir so noch nicht kannten. Es war ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt und wir würden wiederkommen. Danke!

Wir (Pärchen) haben Aris Unterkunft in Agia Effimia als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge gewählt und es hat perfekt gepasst. Wir waren zu zweit, aber die Unterkunft wäre auch für vier Personen geeignet. Küche und Bad sind gut ausgestattet, jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage und der Balkon ist groß und bietet eine tolle Aussicht über das Meer und den Hafen (3. Stock). Die Hafenpromenade und die Restaurants/Cafés befinden sich in Gehweite, allerdings ist der Anstieg zur Unterkunft sehr steil und daher wohl nicht für jede Person zu Fuß möglich. Aris Familie hat uns herzlich empfangen und die Kommunikation verlief jederzeit reibungslos. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft jedenfalls weiter!

Our host was flexible and the accommodation had what we needed,especially a washing machine. It was close to restaurants, a beach and a mini market. I would stay there again.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Lage der Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer ist perfekt. Von hier aus kann man sehr gut in alle Richtungen los starten um die wunderschönen Strände zu erkunden. Die Wohnung bietet wirklich alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Terasse bietet auch die Möglichkeit eine Sporteinheit durchzuführen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist eine Yoga Session am Morgen mit Meditation, dazu gibt es vor Ort auch Yogamatten. Die beiden Gastgeber sind absolut herzlich und wir wurden behandelt wie deren Kinder !!! Wir kommen wieder.

It was our first visit to the island and we explored a lot! We are so happy we chose this home. It was exactly as described. The views were wonderful. We enjoyed the patio each morning and night. It was very peaceful. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable in our travels between 3 rentals, We were fortunate that grapefruit and lemons were in season. What a treat those gifts were. I prepared dinner on our last night and all I needed was available and clean! The home was co clean. It was such a please to speak often with this couple. I’ll de dreaming of our stay.

We could not have enjoyed Octupus’s Garden more! There were three of us and the house was perfect in every way. Dionysia and her brother Dimitri were so lovely and accommodating . The location was perfect- could easily walk everywhere in town. Having two bathrooms with 3 people was a big plus. The place was super clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. I highly recommend their place and Boulevard boats … 5 stars all around

This is a beautiful well laid out villa. Everything inside and out was immaculate and well equipped. We have rented many villas but the 10m salt water pool here has to be the best we have had. You can walk (without hills) 10 minutes to good restaurants but the 3 villas are in a private gated drive, making it feel very peaceful and secure. Anastasios and Marilena were incredibly helpful without being intrusive and very nice people to deal with. Book it - you won't regret it!

This a great place to stay in peaceful, amazing surroundings. Off the beaten paths, no crowds. No goats in our case either :) The house is big enough for 4 people. Very clean, comfortable beds and amazing yard and outside seating corner. The host Kia met us in person and was very kind and helpful. Please note that this little peace of heaven is a bit far away from civilization. (Great pubs nearby) Huge plus for us. Overall, we would love to return again, thanks for having us, Kia!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was wonderful, and the view from the terrace during breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. We felt very welcome and would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Poros.

Staying at Vasilis’s accommodation was really nice. It was super clean and comfortable. Vasilis was friendly, flexible and gave us great hospitality. We fell in love with a small kitty in the house, so she made it even nicer. The location was in a quite place, which we preferred. Amazing stay!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Orianthis Beach House. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer, man überquert wirklich nur eine kleine Straße und ist schon am Strand. Dieser ist wunderschön und recht ruhig, bietet aber viele Möglichkeiten, für wenig Geld eine Liege zu mieten, was aber nicht nötig ist, denn man kann auch im Garten der Unterkunft bleiben und von dort die Aussicht auf das Meer genießen. Kinder haben hier eine kleine Schaukelanlage und genügend Schatten. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es hat zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder und ein großes Wohnzimmer. In der Küche könnte es etwas mehr Auswahl an Geschirr und Kochutensilien geben, das Wesentliche ist aber vorhanden! Wir haben die Gastgeber zwar nicht persönlich getroffen, aber Chara hat sich sehr freundlich per Telefon bei uns erkundigt, uns Tipps für Kefalonia gegeben und stand bei Fragen jederzeit parat. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt, perfekt für Familien!

Beautiful studio, fully equipped and comfortable. I loved the location: it’s a bit on the edge of the village and very peaceful, but you can walk to the restaurants and supermarkets. Amazing sunrises over the sea from the balcony. I’ll come back here next time I’m in kephalonia. Warmly recommended!

The spacious ground floor apartment is an amazing place for a vacation. The apartment is very modern, feels very new, spotlessly clean, with a lot of love that has gone into making this apartment a home from home. 1 minute walk to the sea, 2 minutes walk to some amazing restaurants by the sea. The apartment had everything you would need for a truly amazing vacation. 5 stars plus! Hoping to return next year!

The apartment was exactly as pictured, with all the space and amenities needed for the stay. The hosts were also friendly and responded quickly, even allowing my partner to stay with me at the last-minute at no additional cost. The area was peaceful, a short drive from the airport and Argostoli, and just around the corner from a taverna (Καθ' Οδον Ψητοπωλείον on Google maps) that offered great food at an affordable price.

Joy is absolutely an amazing host! She was so warm and welcoming it really felt like I was visiting family. Her property is breath taking all around. Favorite things include: The air conditioner working exceptionally well after a hot day outside lol. The view was spectacular and the pool was gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious! The property is close enough to a small mini market as well as the beach and all the beach side restaurants. Joy ordered laundry service for a small cost that was greatly appreciated! Daily room cleaning and fresh linens. The property was quiet and peaceful!

Absolutely perfect stay in the heart of Lixouri! This house exceeded all expectations — immaculately clean, beautifully decorated with a stylish and modern touch, and incredibly convenient for everything you could need. It’s ideally located for exploring all the stunning nearby beaches, yet peaceful and quiet at night. What made it even more special was the thoughtful attention to families: the house was wonderfully equipped for a little toddler, with a comfy crib, toys, and little touches that made us feel completely at home. It’s clear the hosts truly care and go the extra mile. Highly recommended for anyone, including families — you’ll feel relaxed, welcomed, and truly taken care of in this lovely home. We can’t wait to visit again!

Overall a great stay. Lovely room with excellent bathroom and shower facilities. The kitchen could have done with having a little more counter space (e.g. so you can drain your washing up while still having some countertop to prepare food) but apart from that, it was a really handy little space for the week we were there. The bed was very comfortable, really good quality bed linen. Towels (inc sun lounger towels for the pool - nice touch) were big, fluffy and really good quality. Within easy walking distance of Skala town centre so nice and convenient! Would happily stay here again.
