"Hunsrück Valley View" Holiday Home with SAUNA

A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. You can also visit our herd of Scottish Highlanders!

Charming half-timbered dream in Stromberg's old town

Treat yourself to a visit to our half-timbered house Anno 1690, renovated in 2019, in the very quiet old town of Stromberg, right by the Schlossbrunnen fountain below the 3 castles. The kitchen on the 2nd floor is excitingly located in the former battlement of the city wall. The medieval building still has the typical steep oak stairs and the ceiling height is outside the norm. Cozy stay in the house and as a starting point for hikers & bikers....for relaxation and adventure...

The SoonWald Loft is a bright, spacious apartment featuring two bedrooms with comfortable king-size beds, an open-plan living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen including spices and a Senseo coffee machine. A modern bathroom, lovingly handcrafted wooden furniture, and a balcony with seating create a warm, cozy atmosphere. Perfect for a romantic weekend for two or a relaxing retreat in the forest.

Sit back and relax in this comfortable place to stay. Enjoy the sunset on the sun terrace. The apartment is suitable for 4-6 people. In the living room, there is 1 pull-out bed (180 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed (140 x 200) available. In the bedroom there is a double bed, a wardrobe and a dresser. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area invites you to cook and enjoy. The daylight-filled bathroom has a shower tub and toilet. A washing machine and dryer are available.

My home is nestled in Germany’s greenest corner – the Hunsrück. 🌿 Around 58% of the region is covered by forest, so fresh air, peaceful woodland walks and nature are right on your doorstep.

Relax by the forest – panoramic view & time out

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Our modern and freshly renovated vacation apartment is centrally located in the small town of Spabrücken, on the edge of the Soonwald forest. Spabrücken is a well-known pilgrimage site. The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area and its wine villages – by car, by bike, or even on foot. The combination of rural idyll, authentic village character, and regional highlights related to wine is particularly appealing.

Modern design meets history. The listed house stands, surrounded by vineyards, in the Steeg district directly below Stahleck Castle. This unique place has a style all its own: ecological materials such as clay and wood give the house a unique flair and an unsurpassed indoor climate. The half-timbered house, built in 1622, is modernly furnished. A wood and pellet stove creates a special evening feel-good atmosphere.

Enjoy your romantic getaway or a relaxing stay in nature! The mirror house has an area of 18 m² and is suitable for 2 people. The house has an open bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and offers a beautiful view over the fields and the Baybach valley. In addition, there is an open kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils. The highlight: Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee right from the bed.

Vacation home by the Soonwald

A destination for hikers, families, and anyone looking to escape the city bustle or simply see something new. Stay in the newly renovated apartment, which offers a view of the Soonwald forest. On weekends, you can have a special breakfast—featuring bread rolls, juice, and cold cuts—delivered right to your door by an external service provider. High chairs and a travel cot are available free of charge.
