The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Here you can relax in a quiet location from the stresses of everyday life, but also enjoy various leisure activities, whether as an active or relaxing vacation. Experience nature up close in our West Allgäu Alpine foothills by bike, on foot or on skis. The newly renovated apartment with a large, sunny balcony is located on the upper floor of our two-family house, with a shared entrance and a staircase leading up. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance.

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

In the summer you can swim in the free public swimming pool (200 m away) or in the Eschacher Weiher; in winter the nearest trails or ski resorts are not far away. Welcome to our new, lovingly furnished apartment. The property to be rented is located on the first floor of our single-family home, which was newly built in 2020. The apartment itself was completed in September 2021. We live in an idyllic secluded location but still in close proximity to the mountains or Lake Constance and are therefore the ideal base to discover the beautiful Allgäu.

This special place is located right on the river and right at the entrance to the historic old town. Although centrally located in the city, the location on the river creates a feel-good atmosphere all year round. The accommodation is not large, but a perfect base if you want to explore the old town on foot, the surrounding area by bike or the region by car.
