Elaine was very helpful. She provided very detailied self check in instructions (with photos) and many recommendations for area restaurants and beaches. The villa is beautiful and well kept. The gated grounds are quiet, peaceful, beautifully maintained, and are provided with a 23/7 security guard service.

Amanda is very responsive throughout our stay. The place is well maintained and its 5 min walk to beach. The community is very good, secure and well maintained. One thing which I wish I had known before hand was, internet. While this is not the issue with this home/community, its the area. They said it was due to the storm.

Robertos villa was beautiful and clean we felt right at home. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the backyard. balcony views were a dream very peaceful and all the greenery was so beautiful!! The cake roll that the host left for us was delicious and thoughtful! I would definitely recommend and can’t wait to be back and stay here again with my family!

Perfect place to stay with the family. Peaceful location and lots to do. Close to grocery store and beach. Only thing I would change is the mattress, it was too soft for me and my wife to sleep in and felt uncomfortable. Other than that everything was really good and as advertised.

WOW!!!! Nathalia and her home were a perfect 10. They deserve more than a 5 star. The pictures do not do this place justice. The house was beautiful, modern, clean, and everything we could ask for. The interior was perfect, but the back yard was everything!! The pool was a perfect size, the outdoor shower was great for when coming back from the beach, and the BBQ area was amazing. Nathalia was great with her communication, kind, and accommodating. The best part was that this house has an industrial generator, so my family and I were completely oblivious to the island-wide power outage. There was zero interruption to our trip. When traveling with two small kids, that is important. There is no doubt we will be a repeat guest. ¡Gracias Nathalia, hasta la proxima!

Our stay at Coral Villas was exeptional. The decor and details of the villa was done with perfect touch of class an very modern. The unit had everything and i mean everything needed in a home including several cooking supplies. We felt like at home. We would have extended our stay, but we had to be on the eastern part of the island. Honestly, this will be our go to place in Isabela. We have traveled around the world and stayed at hitels and Airbnb's. However, this one tops any airbnb weve stayed at. Highly recommend it.

We got a little lost, but they answered the call quickly and guided us. Super quiet atmosphere. Check-in at the AIRBNB was very easy and accessible. There are many restaurants nearby and very nice for all tastes. Lots of beaches nearby too. There is enough parking for two cars. We're already planning to come back! Excellent in every aspect, highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a very nice stay at Casa Vela. The house was beautiful, well decorated and with plenty of room. Balcony and pool area was wonderful place to relax. Walking distance to steps beach and 5 minute drive to downtown. Situated to the side of a beautiful open land reservation in which crops are planted with profits going for a good cause. Our host was very attentive and responded quickly. Beautiful house, great host, great stay.

I can’t even begin to express what a gem Casa Brisa is. Sitting on a stunning mountain it’s the epitome of serenity. The ride up although a bit challenging, if you follow the directions given, pay off a hundred times over. The sounds of la isla borinqueña never stop. The birds playfully lead to the song of the beloved coqui that will serenade you to sleep. Add the hike down to the chilly river that is shared with wild horses will having you thinking you’ve stepped into a fantasy! Then there’s Wanda and William!! Dios mío!! Never have we walked away knowing we’ve made a friend for life! Wanda made sure we had what we needed and even helped a couple of times with guidance to the local grocery store when we were unsure about getting around. Una maravilla!! Waking up con un cafecito sitting poolside over looking the stunning valley below… life can’t get any better!! Book your stay NOW!! We’ll be back for sure!

We had an amazing stay at Glenda’s beachfront house! The location is unbeatable — waking up to the sound of the ocean and having the beach just steps away made the trip unforgettable. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Glenda was a fantastic host: responsive, helpful, and made sure we had a smooth experience from start to finish. We all had a blast and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

WOW—this was the most magical Airbnb stay of our lives! From the moment we arrived, Gabriella went above and beyond—greeting us with a hot meal, cake, and a fully stocked fridge. The villa? STUNNING. Spotless, spacious, beautifully decorated—with a private plunge pool, spa-like soaking tub, 2 luxe bathrooms, robes, a full kitchen, and more. It felt like a private resort inside a peaceful, gated paradise. The infinity pool and private beach access were straight out of a movie. Gabriella’s recommendations (The English Rose! Steps Beach!) made our trip unforgettable. We even got engaged here—that’s how special this place is. Every single detail was thoughtful and perfect. Safe, quiet, close to restaurants and shops—it’s everything you could ever want. We were heartbroken to leave and can’t wait to return. If you’re lucky enough to find availability—BOOK IT.

This house is absolutely stunning, but the real show stopper is the pool. It’s like a tropical oasis. We always recommend this place to all out friends. The host Victor always bring a nice welcome fruit platter. Can’t wait o come back again! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a little R&Rin PR.

Roger is a great host. Very attentive and super responsive. Loved the configuration of the house. We were family of 12 and there was plenty of space for all. We enjoyed our time and would definitely book again.

Our two families with four kids under five greatly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very thoughtful and responsive, and the house is beautiful. We loved the peaceful location with pretty views, and it is still under ten minutes to drive into town. Each family took a floor: one family in the middle floor apartment (two bedrooms), and the we stayed on the top floor, using two convenient blow up mattresses to all be close together. The two rooms on the bottom floor are super private, we just didn’t use them because they have their own entrance on a separate floor, and there is no internal stairway. There are gates on each floor to the stairs and to the pool, so it felt very safe for younger kids. Also, although the road is steep, as mentioned in reviews, it is totally manageable. Thanks to Allison and Chuck for hosting us!

The casita @ Crash Boat was dreamy! Spotless clean and modern. It is located right on my favorite beach, Crash Boat! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were superb! They were very knowledgeable and approachable. They put all of my concerns at ease.I will certainly recommend Blue Sand Collection to everyone and without a doubt I will be back!

What an amazing stay, the entire family loved it. Alex was so helpful and responded to each question very fast. The place was very clean and the beach was a hidden secret that was completely perfect. We usually never go back to a location or unit twice but we all agree we want to come back here. Thanks to Alma and the entire crew at Paradise Villas.

This house was absolutely beautiful. It was so clean and welcoming. We spent a week here with my family and it made for a great trip. My mother celebrated her 70th birthday and it was great! We genuinely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Dorado! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Our interactions with the host, Brenda, were easy and smooth—she was very responsive and made sure we felt welcome from the start. Her local recommendations were perfect and really helped us make the most of our trip. Everything we needed, restaurants, shops, and the beach—was walkable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, being under 45 minutes from Old San Juan was a huge bonus. You can tell Brenda takes pride in the home, and it really shows. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Dorado!

We stay at many homes on vacations. This house has everything you need and more. Beach chairs, towels, pool toys, fully stocked kitchen. I can go on and on. Steve, the property manager is excellent! The owners are blessed to have him managing their home. Can’t say enough great things!! Thanks and we will be back!

This Villa was the perfect home for our family of six. Access to the beach, pool in the backyard, visiting iguanas, spacious rooms, great kitchen, these were just a few things that made us feel like we were home away from home. Stu was an excellent host with constant communication, clear instructions, and wonderful tips for the area. we will definitely be staying again on our next trip to Rincon!
