A small nice house with about 70 m ² of living space in a quiet location, on the Johannesweg, 4 km to the thermal spa and 25 minutes by car from Linz. Our house was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2019. Therefore, it is modernly furnished and very cozy. Here you can relax, unwind or take a break on the Johannesweg with a 3-day pilgrimage and feel the magic of the mill district. Due to our network of riding trails of about 700 km on the Mühlviertel-Alm, we are always looking forward to hiking riders!

Completely newly renovated, 650-year-old old town apartment, just a 5-minute walk from the city center in an absolute quiet location in the beautiful Wehrgraben right next to the Steyr River. Special features are antique furniture, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, original wooden flooring combined with modern amenities inconspicuously embedded in the charming ambience. Free use of TV, wi-fi, Playstation. Due to the old building, it is pleasantly cool, even in the hot summer days.

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,20€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input your passport information into the Austrian data base.

Ideal dropout hut feel yourself and nature. In the vicinity are the 3 Lunzer lakes, the nature park Ötscher-Tormäuer and beautiful mountain and hiking routes ! Bike enthusiasts especially like the Ybbstaler bike path. With canyoning, rafting and Flying Fox, adventure seekers don't get short either. In the surrounding restaurants, guest and inns, they are well spoiled for culinary delights. Access to the hut is possible by car, via a gravel road.

This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, far away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. There are deer, chickens, cats and bees here. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I build as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.
