The property is well located, near the Iguatemi mall and with several dining options and supermarkets (Tauste, Carrefour). Parking included, very easy to use. Well-equipped apartment with a large smart TV and well-equipped kitchen, including a washer and dryer. I highly recommend the space.

Clean, fragrant and great quality bed and bath linens. Full kitchen in utensils and equipment. The internet worked perfectly and smarttv with all the channels to add our accounts. Kind host, responsive with perfect guidance. Attention for those who need accessibility: the place where we park the car inside the property is on a level above the social area, requiring you to go down a staircase.

Very complete AP, super clean (without the smell of mold or dust). The building has a swimming pool and game room and is great for spending time. The surroundings are great for walking. Rosangela was very attentive at all times and the check in/check out was excellent.

I took a course during the month of July in Sorocaba and chose Dani's apartment to be my home during the month. The apartment is beautiful, well planned and super cozy. It was very nice to be able to come back at the end of the day and stay in such a pleasant environment. The location is excellent, close to the main avenue of the neighborhood, with supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, shopping. By having acoustic windows, bed and pillows super comfortable the quiet sleep was guaranteed. Dani is a super attentive, polite and kind person. I recommend to everyone who has the opportunity to stay there.

Very nice apartment, all clean and tidy. The area is super quiet and safe. Marcio is an incredible person, very friendly and friendly, sorry that I was so short to be able to chat a little more with him.

My family and I loved every detail, we were 04 adults (2 couples), super well accommodated, everything new, extremely clean. It was my husband's birthday, we found a treat in bed (wine, glasses and chocolates), super cute! The host seemed to be family, left us several folders with Recommendations for tours, restaurants.
