Each Mateo has a queen size bed, private bath, ac/heat, and a kitchenette with a Keurig coffeemaker, refrigerator with freezer, air fryer, microwave, tableware, and glassware for two. The Mateos are not handicap-accessible.

This Lakefront home has it all! Water toys, views, boat dock and more. WE HAVE WIFI (STAR LINK satellite for internet and streaming and DISH for TV)! FANTASTIC COVE FOR SWIMMING, GREAT VIEWS, SOUTHWESTERN EXPOSURE FOR GREAT SUNSETS, KAYAKS, PADDLE BOARDS, HOT TUB, WATER MAT FOR WATER PLAY, FISH OFF THE DOCK, FIRE PIT, POOL TABLE, GREAT VIEWS OUT EVERY ROOM. This home is in the mountains on a lake, dirt road access. Town of Andrews is closest town for groceries, 25 minutes by car.

Location is close to every outdoor activities, hikes, waterfalls, lookout towers, streams! closest grocery store in Andrews, 13 miles
