In a very idyllic, quiet location amidst the beautiful mountain scenery of South Tyrol, the vacation apartment 1 in Brugghof is located in the village of "Unsere Liebe Frau im Walde St. Felix" (Senale-San Felice). The newly furnished vacation apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and thus accommodates 6 guests. Additional amenities include SAT-TV and Wi-Fi. A baby crib and high chair are also available upon request.

The chic renovated apartment is on the 3rd floor of a listed building in the middle of the quiet idyllic village center of the small wine village of Missian. From all the windows and from the balcony you can enjoy a unique view of the surrounding mountains, the vineyards, valleys, and the nearby castles. A small supermarket and bus stop are a 2-minute walk away. The place is also a great base for small hikes and bike rides.

The cozy apartment was newly built in 2022 and is nestled in apple orchards and vineyards in beautiful Girlan. After a short walk, you will reach the village center with shopping and bus connections. It is only a few minutes' drive from the Monticolo Lakes, St. Michael/Eppan, Kaltern an der Weinstraße and the state capital of Bolzano. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.

Positioned on the top floor, it reveals a panorama of serene woods, two tranquil mountain lakes, and the majestic Brenta Dolomites. Inside, the charm of pine wood, the enveloping warmth emitted by the wood stove, and subtle decorations complete the welcoming atmosphere of a modern mountain retreat.
