The villa is cosy and spacious. It has 2 fireplaces on the ground floor that make the evenings charming. The rooms are clean, the garden is fantastic for playing with the kids, or relaxing in the afternoon with a book on the grass. The area is quiet, you can hear the birds singing! Really, there is nothing that can make your stay unpleasant! We would definitely come back another time!

A very picturesque location, close to a route in the mountains. Beautiful, calm, fresh air and no mobile coverage and WiFi so you can relax completely stress-free. There is also a pub nearby, should you wish to have a beer outside. Would definitely like to come back again.

I was on a business trip to Koprivshtitsa and I booked a room in the house. I had really great time during my stay and everything was perfect! The house is situated in the heart of the town. All shops, restaurants and cafes are just across the river. Very easy check-in. It has an amazing river view from all the windows. I enjoyed all the amenities, especially the coffee machine. This house has complete appliances and utilities. I had stayed in, cooking my own meals, enjoying coffee and tea. It has a big green yard and it is kids friendly, suitable for business and pleasure, for couples and families. It’s a perfect gate way from the busy city life. I highly recommend this place!!!

The place is amazing!! The house is very well equipped with everything you might think of, from appliances to kitchen utensils. Matey is super nice and responsive, We would have stayed longer if we could! We would be more than happy to return in the future 😃😃

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in Ostrets! The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is a bit outside the town center, but that only added to the charm—it's in a peaceful and quiet area, perfect for relaxation. Finding the villa was a little tricky at first, and we had some trouble with the TV channels, but Magdalena was incredibly helpful in resolving both issues quickly. Her assistance made us feel truly welcome and taken care of.

We stayed for a week between Christmas and New Year's Eve. The village is situated in the perfect location - between Borovetz and Dolna Banya - so, there are various activities. The house has also the ideal location - at the end of the village, so really quickly you find yourself next to the river, in the forest or on the sunny meadows. The house is comfortable. I had only one note - during the winter, 18 guests are too much. The kitchen has felt crowded at times. The host was really responsive - all of the things we needed, and wanted, were provided.

Great place where we stayed the weekend with 6 friends. The place looks exactly like advertised and is very relaxing and private The weekend was hot, so we used the swimming pool extensively. Lilyana responds fast to messages and gave us some useful tips for sightseeing and store locations. It was also possible to do a flexible check-in, since we weren't sure how late we would arrive. We had a wonderful time and I would recommend this place to everyone and might even return with my family in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is charming and traditional, with lots of exhibits, a bit like ' night in the museum'. The amenities worked and there are shared garden, plunge pool, bbq, and friendly neighbours. It isn't directly located in Lovec as the posting suggested but close to Troyan, with the monastery as well as Lovec within easy driving range. The host was very nice and helpful with local recommendations.

We stayed there for one night and we celebrated our friend bachelorette party. We found everything we needed and had a pleasant time. The host was very welcoming and friendly.

The place was beautiful, the nature there was awesome. Very nice shed in the yard with barbecue, perfect atmosphere.

Der Garten ist toll, mit Tischtennisplatte (inkl. Schläger und Bälle) und Trampolin - außerdem perfekt mit einem Hund, weil er eingezäunt ist. Der mit Holz beheizte Whirlpool ist das Highlight! Das Auto kann man auf dem Grundstück abstellen. Das Haus selbst hat einen Innenbereich, der alles bietet was man braucht. Das Bett ist gemütlich und alles war sauber. Draußen ist ein Anbau, in dem man sich aufhalten und auch kochen kann. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei und der Gastgeber ist immer sehr gut erreichbar, freundlich und flexibel, sodass wir unseren Aufenthalt spontan verlängern konnten :) das Grundstück befindet sich in einem Dorf, es ist sehr ruhig, die Straße wenig befahren und manchmal gehen Fußgänger, Straßenhunde und Pferde vorbei.

One of the best, if not the best, house in the region. Extremely comfortable for a large group. The sauna was great. Probably the best view of the mountain. Really it’s all you could wish for - go and check it out!

Le logement proposé et le cadre sont très bien si vous avez une voiture. Pour un week-end ou 2 jours, c'est excellent. La chambre est propre, bien équipée et la douche est super. Il y a des chiens super amicales qui vous accueilleront. En soirée, seul, en couple ou entre amis, c'est également agréable parce qu'il y a de nombreux endroits où s'asseoir et discuter. Къщата е супер! Перфектна за големи групи. Има всичко, от което се нуждаеш. Холът е огромен и много яко обзаведен, стаите са супер и двора също е хубав. Георги отговаря бързо и адекватно. Препоръчвам с две ръце!
