Beautiful stay at the villa. The house was just as described. The host and property manager were very helpful and responsive and made our stay very lovely.

This Airbnb in San Sebastián was nothing short of magical. Tucked away in the lush hills of Puerto Rico, it felt like our own private paradise. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views, the peaceful surroundings, and the thoughtful touches throughout the property. The space was spotless and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the outdoor area—waking up to the sounds of nature, sipping coffee on the terrace, and watching the sunset together was pure bliss. Our compliments to Jackie for everything she did for us it was definitely a huge plus. She’s definitely a keeper! It’s a wonderful location and villa. The view from is fantastic,. We enjoyed swimming and snorkeling in the ocean and the pool multiple times per day.

The house was amazing! Had everything we needed and more. It was very peaceful there not much noise from the road. The roof top was a hit! I highly recommend. Joshua was very responsive when I needed something as well.

We booked this trip for my wife's 50th bday. She wanted luxury and relaxation. We got what we wanted and more. Javier, the owner was responsive to questions I had after booking. Once we got closer to the trip we were put in contact with Leyre who was also responsive to questions and gave us a clear outlook of what to expect. She put us in contact with our host/chef Anne Marie. We were met by Anne Marie upon checking in and this was by far the easiest check in I've ever had. The house was beautiful and spacious. Upon bringing in our bags we were greeted by rum punch and dinner and that set the tone for how this trip was going to go. The food was simply AMAZING!!! EVERYTHING she cooked was great. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I cannot sing her praises enough. Just because of her we are planning our next trip back. Andrew the security guard was helpful as well. He made us feel safe and showed us a couple of other coves on the property. Great times!!!!!!

This Villa had a million dollar view! Our favorite part of the stay was drinking coffee ☕️ and cocktails on the balcony. We enjoyed the hot tub, saw sea turtles from our vantage point. The jeep is a must for your stay on St. Thomas. The host was very communicative and gave directions and instructions for everything you needed. This ultra modern villa will meet all your expectations and then some. Don't wait to book and secure this stay. You will be glad you did!

Our stay was amazing. The pictures do no justice! The grounds were absolutely beautiful and the pool was amazing. We were a group of five girls and having our own “private apartments” was perfect. Driving up to the house can be a bit intimidating the first few times due to the narrow and somewhat hilly roads, but you get used to it. We’d definitely return if we’re ever in the area again.

We loved our four night stay at Gracehaven Villas. Jeremy was such a responsive and communicative host. Check-in was seamless, the place was well-stocked for us to cook, there were extras like Nespresso coffee, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, fresh drinking water, snorkel gear, beach chairs and umbrella, and a beach cart to carry everything to the beautiful beach (a 3-minute walk). The A/C was very nice while sleeping and in our afternoons recovering from the sun-filled mornings. When I let Jeremy know that a beach chair broke and that the snorkels were filling with water, he delivered a new chair and snorkel to our front door. The pool and surrounding gardens were private and a luxury to have. Stay here- you will not be disappointed!

Rhondda called this a little piece of paradise, and she was absolutely right and so kind to share it with us. Villa Jayla was so quiet with such beautiful views, that I got two books read this week during the middle hottest part of the day while stil enjoying great views! We enjoyed SUPping and kayaking but make sure you go when the tide is highest or you may have to scoot across a sandbar in the shallows. ;). Rhondda was one of the kindest, most generous (the snacks!), most responsive hosts we have ever had and we wouldn’t hesitate to visit her, her lovely home, and the beautiful Chalk Sound again! If you’re even thinking about it, just come. The kitchen was very well stocked and we cooked all but two meals in the Airbnb.

WOW! Sarah’s place is absolutely phenomenal. We stayed with two couples and two young babies (4 months and 10 months). Sarah has designed the space in the villa really impeccably - there are lots of shared spaces, both indoor and outdoor, in the sun and under shade; the pool is refreshing and well sized, the table for dinner is amazing! As for private areas - both bedrooms are really big, they both have balconies but they aren’t adjoining, and the bathrooms are really large with great showers. Of course, one of the best parts of our stay was Latoya and her cooking, which was honestly better than any local restaurants. We had a different breakfast and dinner every day, and she catered for different dietary requirements and even a baby! Sarah was always on hand to help us out, providing extra help with the babies, giving us local advice and checking in on us to make sure we were having a wonderful stay (we were). Thanks to all - we loved our stay and would love to come back!

This house is AMAZING! Host was very accommodating and responsive. It was just 2 of us on this trip but could have easily had up to 8 guests and all been very comfortable. The house comes equipped with everything you could possibly think of and more. We will definitely be back in the future!

Don’t hesitate, just book it. The location is unbelievably peaceful and we were fortunate to be there while there weren’t many other guests. Even if there were others, we wouldn’t have known unless we ran into them on the beach or a path. The staff were friendly and very responsive to any questions are requests we had. We ordered the majority of our meals from the chef and were never left hungry. The flavors were amazing and the portions very generous. The villa was itself was incredible! We loved the layout and the details throughout. We would absolutely book at Ocama again and are already recommending it to all of our friends.

Oh my goodness, I don't even know where to start!!! This place was absolutely beautiful even better than the photos! Our host gave us a ride as soon as we got there to lunch and even connected us with a private driver! Can't wait to return! Thank you so much!!!!!

We had the pleasure of calling Tree Top villa our home for 5 nights. This space was pristine with lots of room for my family and I. We really enjoyed the beautiful gardens that had different species of hummingbirds along with a woodpecker that was a frequent visitor. The property also has tons of mangos for our enjoyment. The team at Tree Top were amazing. Shelly has the warm spirit with a captivating smile. Having her prepare our meals daily was the best decision that I could’ve made for our time there. It was offered for a minimal fee. I would definitely recommend. The neighborhood feels really safe and as added protection we had Norman at nights for added security on the property, he stay in a separate part of the home so we still had our privacy . Norman is also a licensed tour guide with great prices. We were happy to use his services that was reasonably priced. I’ve have traveled all over the world and I prefer Airbnb and Tree Tops is now our new favorite. Book the trip…the views

I’ll start by saying the house was everything we expected as seen in pictures. We had an amazing stay. The home is very comfy and equipped with everything you may need. Amazing for a couples getaway. The pool is heated and although Puerto Rico’s temperatures can be very hot having a warm pool is always a plus and so relaxing. If your late snackers we advise you hit a grocery stop early as late night after 10pm is hard to find anything that’s not fast food but honestly there’s many places to eat and have a great time all located near the home. We would definitely recommend this place to all our friends and family as we will definitely do it all over again whenever we get the opportunity to do so. Josue was very attentive to our text and responded almost immediately. I hope you all enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Nos encantó este lugar! Una que fue diseñada donde los árboles son protagonistas . Me encanto el concepto de espacio abierto ! Las atenciones de Oliver y Eduardo fueron excelentes. Y las recomendaciones que nos dieron que hacer fueron muy acertadas!!
