We had a great time, the apartment is in a great location. We recommend. Easy to access, parking is less than 10 meters away. Jean-Marc is always available for all your questions. Direct access to the lake, no need to take the car. The apartment is perfect for 2 people. The apartment is in line with the listing.

Very nice apartment with a great view and very bright. The apartment is very clean and functional. We had all the essentials to spend these few days. Unfortunately, the weather was not favorable (icy rain) but as the apartment is very nice, it was not a problem to stay inside. Thanks to our hosts for their continued kindness and help. We won't hesitate to return!

We had a truly wonderful time at this perfect chalet during the Christmas holidays and New Year celebrations. It felt like home from the moment we arrived! The kitchen and entire space are fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We are so pleased with our experience that we’d love to return in the future. P.S. I would recommend this chalet for visitors with a car, as the ski resorts are about a 20-minute drive away.

We loved the house and the location (near the lake and the beach) in a quiet, natural setting. We met Nadine and her husband, very pleasant and receptive to all requests. I would highly recommend staying in Excenevex.

We stayed a week at Oliver's place and felt at home. The utensils were of good quality and complete. The location allows a view of Mt. Blanc, nearby there is a beautiful village with a bakery, supermarkets and a gas station. The region welcomes travelers with open arms and has many important cities and attractions nearby. Oliver and Marie are great hosts, with a lot of love for details. Children are very well-behaved. The space in front of the kitchen allows for relaxation and a great rest between tours. We love that it's in place, I highly recommend it.

This was by far the most satisfying accommodation during our trip to Switzerland. The apartment is beautifully designed, reflecting the host’s elegant and refined taste throughout. Everything was perfectly arranged and well equipped, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The location was excellent, and the spacious balcony offered a stunning view of the lake. Staying here made the end of our journey truly special.

We had a great stay at Paul’s apartment over the long Easter weekend. The apartment is perfect for two couples or a family, with all the amenities as described. We skied every day up in avoriaz due to it being late season, the apartment is a short walk from the bus stop which takes you to the bottom of the main lift up to the ski area. There is also plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance down in Morzine centre. Would highly recommend

The apartment is beautiful and is exactly as described in the pictures. The view of the lake: wonderful. You can hear the street a little, but it's not loud because of the large park in front of the house. Check-in was hassle-free, communication totally straightforward. We would have liked to extend another night, but unfortunately the apartment was already occupied again. Free parking is available right in front of the house. The kitchen was fully equipped, from detergent to shower gel, everything was available. You rarely experience this so comfortably. So all in all: top apartment at fair conditions! We would come back here anytime.

good place for a big family, close to lake and park

Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well equipped (better than described), the magnificent view, and the sauna and jakuzi great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

Maria and Jean Marc are welcoming, very friendly and discreet people who immediately make you feel right at home. The small house is very comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay and the neighborhood is very quiet. It was a real pleasure for me to have stayed there.

We stayed many places on this trip but by far Marie Christine’s has been one of our best stays. She is a delight and so accommodating. From bringing us breakfast every morning to giving great suggestions on places to visit, we were never bored and even had a chance to relax. I would highly recommend her place to anyone staying in the area.

Our stay was a real enchanted break! Impossible to tire of the view from the house. The setting is idyllic and the environment peaceful. The house has canoes that we were lucky enough to use in the middle of sunset. We felt very good during our stay: clean and well-equipped kitchen, quality bedding... the house is spacious, everyone has their own space. We highly recommend this listing and would not hesitate to return if the opportunity arises!

The place is really peaceful, the house was very clean, very well equipped there is really everything you need apart from the furniture we even found laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, paper towels, salt... Mathias wasn't there but he really planned everything for our arrival, even the plug to charge our vehicle in the evening. He even makes sure that everything goes smoothly during the stay. My kids loved the garden and all the entertainment amenities on site. The location is really great, very close to Geneva and also Annecy, the long weekend of the ascent is not enough to do all the visits because it is so beautiful. I would recommend it without so much as a second thought and there will certainly be a next time for us. Thank you Mathias!

We had a wonderful stay at Anne-Cecile's home in Gex. Her house is a beautiful, contemporary space that we absolutely loved—warm, spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. It was also very clean and tidy, with a very well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to cook during our vacation. Gex is conveniently located just a short drive from Geneva, and we took enjoyable day trips to Montreux, Chamonix & Mont Blanc, and Annecy. The scenic drives through the Alps were especially memorable, with breathtaking mountain views throughout. Anne was a fantastic host—responsive to all our questions before and during our stay. Despite her very busy schedule, she even made time to meet with us in person, which we truly appreciated. Overall, our experience at Anne-Cecile’s house was excellent and left a lasting impression. We would definitely love to stay there again the next time we visit the area!

Antonio and Patrizia are wonderful, welcoming hosts — a charming couple who truly know how to take care of their guests. Patricia bakes incredible croissants… but you’ll only get to taste them if you stay!

We just had a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment. Everything was perfect: top equipment, very quiet environment close to all amenities, exceptional view and welcome from our host. Perfect for 4 people with each having their own bathroom and toilet. If we return to the area, we will not inherit.

Very good location, at the foot of Lake LEMAN, you really have everything nearby, the accommodation is excellent. Very well equipped, the beds very comfortable, you just have to park your vehicle and enjoy all the activities of this pretty city. Thanks to Morgan for hosting us and for being available.
