Bel appartement spacieux et au calme. Chose de plus en plus rare sur Airbnb, on voit bien par la décoration et l'agencement qu'il s'agit de l'appartement qu'Olivier occupe habituellement et pas un appartement impersonnel dédié à de la location. L'emplacement au coeur des quartiers sud de Nouméa permet de rayonner facilement vers les différents centres d'intérêt. La remise des clés s'est faite par un tiers de confiance, qui nous a fait la présentation de l'appartement. Contact très amical et très réactif. Seul bémol. la propreté de l'appartement n'était pas parfaite à notre arrivée, mais Olivier a été très réactif, s'est montré très concerné, et nous a gentiment proposé un dédommagement.

Siriyanan nous a mis de suite très à l'aise. Elle est discrète, serviable et d'une immense gentillesse. Son appartement est à son image, très propre, confortable et très bien placé. On ne manque de rien. Elle a été vraiment aux petits soins avec nous. Nous la recommandons vivement à tous ceux qui veulent passer un séjour sympathique sur Nouméa.

Excellent séjour passé chez Julie, emplacement idéal pour bien profiter de Nouméa et de ses plages. Julie est toujours à notre écoute. Je recommande sans hésiter.

We've been delighted with this brand new apartment right on an amazing promenade where you can see colourful fish from. A main patrolled beach is just short stroll away. Everything was well thought through with a small but very functional kitchen. There is a nice ocean view from a balcony, though an apartment is on the side of the building. Would recommend it over 90% of Noumea's hotels.
