Les 3 Cèdres – Courtyard Accommodation

The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

Refurbished 50 m² apartment! Nice, welcoming, you can fully enjoy and relax with its spa and outdoor pool (in high season and heated if the need arises only for a certain period). Our pinball machine dates from 1975, it can be temperamental. We therefore do not guarantee proper operation (please contact us if this is the purpose of your booking). We will make every effort to ensure you have a pleasant stay!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space located in the very pretty village of Gervans. From June 15 to September 15, you can enjoy the pool with views of the vineyards, the Rhône and the hills of Ardèche. In the village, you will find an electric vehicle charging station (150 m) and a restaurant/grocery store (200 m) The accommodation is close to all amenities; train station and highway access.

Caprice... a small atypical cottage in a quiet area.

Caprice is the name we have given to our cottage. It is fully equipped for 4 people willing to sleep in the same room. The pool is available to our tenants during their stay between June 1 and September 30. The HOT TUB with a capacity of 3 people maximum is available to our tenants during their stay between October 1 and May 31. Pétanque terrain and balls are available for your use all year long.
