Hello 👋🏼 My apartment is in the old town. It's close to the train station and the city center. Annecy is small, so you can easily access the lake from my place. You'll appreciate the comfort, space, location, decor, and old-world charm combined with a modern style, especially the Lego kitchen and exposed beams. Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

You will find all the necessary comfort to relax you, and the charm of former days. District very lively in summer, rich in businesses and restaurants and more authentic the other seasons It has a private covered parking in 5 min on foot, at the top of the coast perrière (free arrangement).

My apartment is for 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 or 2 children, not for 3 or 4 adults ( it's for your Comfort ) mezzanine just for kids. 3rd floor WITHOUT LIFT ! Charming Studio, in historic building from the 16th century.
