It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

The hosts Mr and Mrs Fernandes gave us a very warm welcome and we felt right at home. They arranged a cab pick up for us from the railway station. The house is located in a very silent and peaceful location. All amenities and pictures mentioned in the listing match exactly. They arranged bike rental for us and the entire stay was hassle free. We want to thank the hosts for a great stay and look forward to visiting soon.

The property was an excellent choice — calm, peaceful, and beautifully suited for monsoon days. The exterior had a quiet charm that made simply sitting by the front and watching the rain a joy in itself. Inside, it was just as shown in the photos — clean, cozy, and comfortable. While the host wasn’t very responsive, the caretaker was truly outstanding and always willing to help. He made everything smooth and enjoyable. Just one small note: the cushion covers could use an update. Overall, a relaxing and memorable stay!

Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

EXCEPTIONAL PLACE TO ENJOY GOA! TOP CLASS STAFF MAKE THIS PROPERTY EVEN BETTER TO MAKE A MEMORABLE STAY😊😊😊 We were a group of 10 people including 4 children. I can say it with conviction that each one of us felt if it was like staying at home. Big spacious,neat and clean rooms with absolutely spic and span linens and other amenities. Kitchen was well equipped too,to meet all our requirements. Swimming pool is also of decent size for one to unwind. The main highlight of the property was the courteous and efficient Staff. Shaheen was an exceptional Chef who made us feel like as if we were staying in a Palace with food equivalent to a fine dine restaurant. Santosh ji was also very kind and was always available to offer help. Overall,an excellent Place to take a break from our busy life’s. We are coming back here for sure and would definitely recommend it for someone who is looking for a great time in Goa

I have never stayed at a more beautiful Airbnb than this! The host was absolutely phenomenal. She is so responsive, always tries to make sure our stay was just perfect. She tries to accommodate us whenever possible and the staff she provides is very pleasant. I will absolutely recommend staying at this property or any that this host owns. Villa was nice.. We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Assagao. Nestled in a quiet, lush neighborhood, the property perfectly blends Goan charm with modern comforts. Absolutely exceptional stay! Vani’s place is a true gem in the heart of Vagator. The location couldn’t be better—just footsteps away from the stunning Vagator Beach and the iconic Chapora Fort. Every morning, I woke up to the sound of the birds, and the vibrant energy of Goa right at my doorstep. The amenities are top-notch: a well-equipped gym, a sparkling swimming pool perfect for a refreshing dip, and spotless housekeeping that made me feel pampered every day. The property is also proudly LGBTQ-friendly, which made me feel completely welcome and at ease. One of the highlights was the in-house tattoo studio! I ended up getting four tattoos during my stay, and each one was a work of art—clean, professional, and totally unique. Vani and Abhisek also gave me amazing recommendations for local food, hidden gems, and nightlife, making my trip truly unforgettable. What a superb place, exactly how the pictures described it. Lots of open space, lots of natural light coming in, a great pool and superb house keepers. Shrish did a great job at keeping the place up to date throughout. Only complaint would be that even though the sheets and towels are changed daily they look a bit worn out now. Other than that a great place, close to almost all the popular places (10-15 mins). Will definitely come here again

Excellent place to stay with family and friends for travelers who like heritage Properties. Some one had written in review that this property is a hidden gem, I fully agree to this review because you may find it difficult to reach this place as it is approachable by car up to certain extent and after that you have to walk for few minutes but once you reach the property all pains are gone This villa is renovated with all modern facilities including generator and ambiance is remarkable . We were group of 5 friends in our 50,s and all of us appreciate the property and quality of stay. Astrid Swiss Cottage hosted by Sowmya was 'THE' place we needed in Anjuna. 10 min away from the beach, the property was just like how it was described and we had a great time. Host was always responsive and we had everything we needed. Absolutely secure neighbourhood and 24/7 surveillance cameras were available. I loved the small details the property had like, Board Games, Hammock, Books to read, First aid kit, Mosquito bat, and all essentials. Walkable to most of the famous cafes in Goa, like Artjuna etc. Booking through Sowmya saved us a lot of work, as she had contacts to local bike rentals, cabs, activities to do and places to visit. Can't recommend this place to anyone who plans their visit to GOA! Absolutely one of the finest Airbnb stay experiences!
