The cottage is an old forest lodge from the 1920s, and therefore not a cottage with spa and pool. NO LUXURY.... The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the forest and beach (300m to Denmark's best beach). In addition, there is only about 3 km to Min Købmand on Trekanten. The house exudes coziness, and an evening around the wood-burning stove is just the best. Outside there is a terrace with table and bench set. Watch the video "hytten grenaa" on YouTube. The cottage is not rented out for parties, bachelor parties and student gatherings.

Double bed (from 2025) in the bedroom and a sofa bed (2 people) in the living room. A rather simple and small but functional 40 m2 house with an undisturbed location, midway between the harbor and the city. If you are looking for a luxury house, this is not the house that meets that need. West-facing covered 20 m2 terrace. Kitchen, 2 induction stoves. The refrigerator is in the shed in connection with the terrace. Dining/living room with wood-burning stove, electric heating, 2 bedrooms with single beds, double bed 140 cm in the living room, toilet with sink, there is only an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

About 8 km from Grenå in beautiful surroundings you drive up Linde Alléen and are greeted by various animals. Through the gate you enter a closed courtyard with paradise apple trees and maybe a couple of peacocks. It is about 1000m to Karlby and Sangstrup cliffs and the sea, where there is a cozy and atmospheric little fishing village with tables and barbecue space. It's an excellent fishing and diving area.
