Bienvenue dans notre maison familiale, classée et décorée avec un goût scandinave de 105m² avec grande terrasse aménagée et arborée. Emplacement parfait pour découvrir Angers. Elle est située au calme place de la Madeleine (nombreux commerces), à 10 minutes du centre-ville à pieds et à 15 minutes de la gare à pieds.
