Fiber internet service and a 50” smart tv, you can access any of your own subscription viewing services. The home also has a laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience. Home also includes a covered parking area.

This sits on an acre property with another 5 room unit. The people on the property are mostly workers from out of town who need a quick stop, a week to find an apartment, or month to month stays. The bed size is Queen. The door has a code lock to checkin at your convenience. Part of the road is unpaved and shown in a picture. Please take this fact into consideration before booking. I cannot pave the road as it does not belong to me.

This home is centrally-located in our town, and also in walking distance from our prettiest park which includes a walking trail, pond, playground and ducks! You can see the park from the back door. There is also plenty of parking in the front or back for an RV, or trailer. The kitchen is loaded with almost anything you need to prepare food during an extended stay. Also, there are plenty of extra blankets, towels and supplies.
