Остались в полном восторге от этого уютного уголка! Самое большое преимущество — море буквально в шаге от дома: всего минута пешком, и ты уже на пляже. Больше не нужно никуда ехать — можно наслаждаться морскими прогулками в любое время, хоть утром, хоть под звёздами! Домик новый, очень чистый и ухоженный, чувствуется забота хозяев. Всё продумано для комфортного отдыха. Единственный момент — добираться удобнее на машине, но это небольшая плата за такой райский отдых у воды. Очень рекомендую этот вариант тем, кто ценит близость к морю, уют и спокойствие! Обязательно вернёмся снова! ❤️

Harrys’ villa was excellent. The place was beautiful and very clean. There is a great view with a pool that comes right up to the edge of the villa. The air conditioning was strong (great for me and my wife because we like it cold at night). What really stood out was Harrys himself though. He is a wonderful, responsive host. He was there to check us in and brought us US wall adapters for our electronics. When my wife needed to do her hair, he brought over a straightener for us. He gave us a dinner recommendation to Prosilio’s (recommend!) and called the owner to let him know we were coming. When we got there, the owner greeted us and offered us a free dessert on the house. Harrys really made our stay incredible and demonstrated that famous Greek hospitality. 10/10 would recommend and will likely go again.

Very clean. Walking distance to some restaurants and a market. Watwr a, snacks and coffee available. The shower had a glitch with the shower head, we did not report it until the next day when we were leaving, so there were no stars off for that since we did not give an opportunity to fix it while we were there. Notified the host on xheckout so i am sure it will be working for the n3xt guests.

We had an amazing 3 week stay! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and flexible throughout our trip, always ready to help and provide wonderful recommendations for local spots. The location was perfect, just a quick 5-minute walk to the port with ferries to Kefalonia and Zakynthos, which made exploring the islands so convenient. We arrived late at night, and they went above and beyond to ensure we got in smoothly. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in the area! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Man hat so viel Privatsphäre, nur Natur und das Meer. Wir haben uns so gut erholt und den Ausblick aufs Meer von der Terasse und selbst vom Bett aus sehr genossen. Man schläft ein und wacht auf mit dem Rauschen der Wellen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. In ein paar Minuten kann man mit dem Auto einige Tavernen/Restaurants erreichen. Der eigene Zugang zum Meer ist perfekt und das Wasser herrlich klar. Es war ein super entspannter Aufenthalt. Der Besitzer ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wow! This place is amazing! My family and I (party of 7 adults) were in Greece celebrating our oldest son's graduation from medical school and this incredible home allowed us the space and comfort to connect and relax after a busy time in Athens. It could not have been more perfect! This home met and exceeded our expectations from the time of arrival to our departure. The owner/host's hospitality and thoughtfulness was incredible. The home furnishings and beds were so comfortable and we had an immediate sense of peace and relaxation as soon as we opened the door. Much to my delight and surprise our host met us and gave us a tour and provided a time to answer any of our questions and I could not believe my eyes there were groceries in the fridge! All we could need for the next day for breakfast and a little lunch to make our time even more relaxing. There was a wonderful restaurant only a five minute walk down the road with fresh grilled fish that I will dream about for years! Book it!

The house is very nice and in the midst of a nice garden. It is very quiet and the house is well equipped. The beach is only a short walk (less than 5 minutes) away and has golden sand and the water is amazing. During the summer months there is also a beach bar, but the beach is large enough that you can also spend your day by yourself. However, we would like to add two things. They are stated in the description, but we were not fully aware of them and would like to point out: 1) There is no wi-fi! 2) The note that smoking is permitted on the property means that people/guests were smoking inside, even in the bedroom. You could smell the old smoke throughout the house and it took us several days to get rid of the smell. The house is advertised as ‘family friendly’, but this was really a negative issue as we were traveling with our very small child which should not be exposed to the smell of smoke at all.
