Villa Zaza, Oasis in Untouched Nature

Our beautiful estate is located cca 40 km from Zagreb, in Zagorje, one of the most colourful regions of continental Croatia. Estate lies on a wonderful 2.000 m2 piece of land and is full of extraordinary plants, trees and flowers. Orientation of the estate is SW-W which gives the guests both - a lot of sun during the day and an astonishing view with the sunset. Three main points of the estate are main villa, swimming pool and rustical guest house. Main villa is surrounded by the two spacious terraces that enter the ground floor with dining table for ten, nice, fully equiped kitchen and a huge living room with the fire place. Bella Vista corner with five comfortable armchairs is situated on a west part of the ground floor - the view and the sunset are breathtaking! On the first floor one can find the master bedroom with the huge terrace, nice jacuzzy bathroom and a smaller room with a pull- out sofa for two. On the second floor there is another bedroom with double bed, bathroom with the massage shower, and a lobby with an antique writing table and pull out soffa for two. Swimming pool is 8,5 x 4,5 m, equipped with the swimming machine and the solar shower. The swimming pool is open from 1.5.-15.10. Guest house is close to the swimming pool. It's a rustic house with the large porch. It has a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and a very nice bedroom on the second floor that overlooks the swimming pool. The estate is situated in a very quiet and relexing area full of small cities, villages with domestic food products and historical castles. At the same time it is very close to Croatian capital Zagreb (30 minutes by car), to Croatian seaside (less than two hours by car) or to Plitvice lakes (90 minutes by car). COOKING Daily cooking,cleaning service can be additionaly organised by our Nada who is very good in preparing domestic specialities. Come and enjoy! This is a real paradise in any time of the year!

Kick Back at a Cool Urban Oasis with Industrial-Chic Style

In heart of Zagreb pedestrian zone, next to many bars and restaurants. Great starting point for exploring city. Free: WiFi, cable tv, towels and linens, detergent for washing dishes and clothes, spices for simply cooking and coffee for coffee machine. I will try to help you as much I can to make you enjoy your stay. The building is in the heart of Zagreb's pedestrian zone, just steps from main square. There are bars, restaurants, bakeries, and shops right in front of the building and there are tram stops nearby to explore other parts of the city. Because of its location, everything you need to see in center is in walking distance so no public transportation is necesary. If you want to go explore some more, minute away from apartment on central town square are tram stops with trams that go to every part of city. Also, taxi stand is few steps from building.

Beautiful, modern family house in the countryside, just a 12 minute bus ride to the centre of the city (bus stop practically outside the gate). The space is the whole upper floor which is a private bedroom, bathroom and an open mezzanine chill out/work area. Plenty of free parking. The view down to Zagreb is stunning and you are just 1km away from hikes in the Sljeme NP forest. We are a well traveled family and look forward to welcoming guests to our beautiful home and city.

This vacation was so much better than we could have imagined! The home is perfect for getting away from the hustle of the city, set in a quiet location with an amazing view that totally put us at ease. The hosts were extremely accommodating and always available for anything we needed, which made our experience even better. The property offers fantastic amenities – pool, sauna and jacuzzi – everything was spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained. In addition, the home is equipped with enough interesting activities that we filled every moment with enjoyment. Marina is an absolute gem of a host- the home itself is exactly as it’s pictured, but when you step inside you actually feel the comfort and warmth that Marina put into it! From local recommendations to making sure every aspect of the home was perfect- this is IT! What a beautiful stay in Croatia I would recommend over and over again! The master bedroom is on the second floor with an en-suite bathroom and private balcony. Look for the charming Croatian chocolates Marina leaves on the night table and enjoy the automated curtains to envelop yourself in darkness for sleep or watching the sun rise ahead! Sauna and shower are a plus! There’s also a sunken hot tub that’s perfect for relaxation with a warming lamp right above and a pool for the summer. Kitchen is fully equipped with what you need. Ask Marina for local farms and restaurants and you won’t be misguided!!

We were warmly welcomed by Jasna and Adem. She explained a lot and then got a tour of the house. The house has all the comforts. There were also many things available such as something to drink, fruits and some treats. There are many things to do nearby that are easy to drive by car. It is a beautiful and quiet area with a nice garden where you could also use the fruit trees and herbs. Our child enjoyed the jacuzzi every day. Despite leaving early, Jasna and Breath came by to say hello and give us something else.

An outdoor terrace features a built-in barbecue area with a brick grill and wooden cabinetry. Potted plants filled with colorful flowers and greenery surround a small table, enhancing the inviting outdoor space. The backdrop includes lush greenery and distant hills, offering a peaceful ambiance.

Our stay at Aleksandra's place was great. The host was very responsive and accommodated our evening check-in. The location is very peaceful. Do be aware though that the bedrooms are upstairs with a heavily pitched roof, the low roof might be problematic for those with mobility issues.
