Grandma’s house, near the river and next to the woods! Grandmas house is located in “upstate NY” in the town of Ancram. Only a quick hour and half trip from NYC. You will find some beautiful farm land views, in a comfy convenient house. Relax in the 3 bed 2 bath house with central air, or head out and explore country living. Breweries, skiing, hiking, fishing, minutes to Hudson, Lake Taghkanic, Catamount, Bash Bish falls, and Copake Lake! Wine down at night by the fire pit and enjoy the stars.

With reclaimed wood beams, top-nailed white oak floors, a vaulted double-height living room and incredible oversized bathtub, the space invites quiet, calm reflection and rest.
