公寓位處台南中心地段，電梯直達，整層自用。戶內有兩個含全套衛浴的套房、一個共用客廳和前後陽台，適合全家大小、二代出遊、好友聚會，到哪都很方便喔。附近古蹟林立，是漫步西市場、正興街、蝸牛巷、海安路、神農街和水仙宮的絕佳位置。林百貨、文學館和孔廟只需要十分鐘左右的騎樓散步便可抵達，還有運河、河樂廣場等打卡名點，相當舒適和便利。雙套房各有衛浴，互不干擾，又有公共空間支援大家的社交需求。名店排不到的時候，完全可以買回來吃！ *如果您帶著小Baby來訪，請在訂房時告知，以便我們為寶寶準備床墊。需要IH爐和/或鍋子也可以告知唷：）希望大家能把這裡當成自己在台南的家，住得舒服開心。最後，公寓當然也有許多細節尚在修改，希望大家高抬貴手呀：） *主臥冷氣滴水問題已修復（2025May）
