Thank you Minh for being so enthusiastic with us even though she is pregnant and will be born in the next few weeks. She alway responds whenever I need it at night or day. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, the blanket and towels were provided when we asked for it even though it was not time to clean up. I appreciate her enthusiasm and kindness. Resort is located between Hoi An ancient town and Da Nang city so I easily go to Hoi An ancient town and Da Nang city without losing much time and cost. Private swimming pool is very clean and cool. The private beach here is not crowded so it is very comfortable. Enthusiastic and friendly service staff. The breakfast is very rich and plentiful, the cook is very delicious. We are served at the apartment and do not need to go anywhere. Very good shuttle service and very reasonable price Thank you for giving me a great vacation. The next vacation we will definitely come back to you guys.

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious (for a family of four). The butler team was always available and attentive to our needs and questions. They cleaned the apartment every day and changed the linen and towels and provided bottled water. The location is right between Da Nang and Hoi An, in an 5 star resort and a great value. It is quiet and has its own private beach, pools and restaurants. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend these super hosts!

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and the bed was super comfy. My only wish is that the bathroom had an extra light—it’s a bit dim at night. The location is perfect, right across from the beach. Overall, a great stay!

Best place in Hoi An. Worth every penny. Although option to lock bathroom doors would have been nice otherwise it was great.

Uni의 도움으로 알라카르트 호텔에 묵을 수 있었습니다. 이 호텔 전에 시내에서 조금 떨어진 리조트에 묵었는데 여기는 시내와 가까워서 좋은 점이 있더군요 바로 앞에 비치도 있어서 며칠 묵으면서 수영하기도 좋을 것 같아요. 옥상 수영장도 있으나 꽤 작아서 이용하진 못하고 밤에 루프탑 바만 이용했는데 높은 층에 있어서 그런지 시원하고 좋았어요 저렴한 가격에 분위기 내기는 좋은 호텔인 것 같아요. 에어 비앤비를 통해 예약했지만 다른 투숙객과 동일하게 체크인아웃을 하며 호텔을 이용했고 다만 조식은 포함되어 있지 않았습니다. 하루밖에 안 묵었지만 2박을 했으면 더 알차게 보낼 수 있었을 것 같아요. 호텔 내 직원들과 호스트 모두 친절해서 편히 쉬다 갑니다

This apartment which is in a service hotel was great, clean comfortable. Hotel had very kind and fine service with extremely polite and helpful staff. Louis and his family were very helpful in every way. They helped us to rent a car at very good price, They also have a wonderful restaurant with delicious local food as well.

Квартира очень просторная и удобная. Главный плюс, безусловно - это прекрасная территория. 3 минуты до пляжа и ресторана рядом с бассейном. Тихо, безопасно, красиво. Было очень комфортно Хозяин предупредительный, вежливый, чистота квартиры на пять с плюсом, ежедневная уборка. Расположена чуть дальше дананга, готовьтесь либо брать байк (без него никуда), либо ездить на такси. До района миан можно добраться за 15 минут по прекрасной прямой дороге, до хойана примерно так же. Вернулась бы с удовольствием

A double-room apartment in a hotel. Reasonable price, great location. Just a few steps to the beach. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The beds were really wide and so comfortable that we missed out our breakfast the next morning lol. All in all, it's an absolutely wonderful place for staying in Da Nang if you want somewhere near the beach and your budget is a bit tight. You will relax yourself and feel like home here.

Wir haben es gebucht weil es mittig zwischen Da Nang und Hoi An lag-jede Richtung waren es 20min mit dem Scooter. Hat für uns super gepasst. Der Check In war unkompliziert, die Anlage schön und gepflegt, die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, die Waschmaschine und der Wäscheständer waren super und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Came here for a hen party and was not disappointed! Suong the host was so accommodating and friendly, and the villa was beautiful. It was clean and absolutely stunning! The breakfast they cook for you is great as well. We were SO happy with our stay :)

We’re a couple who stayed in the apartment for over 2 months and enjoyed every minute. It’s exactly as described, matches the photos, is spotless , comfortable, quiet and well equipped. It has 3 large balconies to sit and watch beautiful sunsets. Bed is comfortable, sheets and towels are great Washing machine was a welcome addition, as was the weekly cleaning and friendly, helpful doormen and staff. The location is fantastic, both for great restaurants and walking to the beach. Even though located on a busy street, it’s very quiet at night. Amazing Airbnb, definitely recommend and would love to return someday.

Good location, lots of breakfast/brunch places around. The apartment was clean and nice, looked just like the photos. The 24-hour gym was perfect, it had everything you need and was empty every time we went. It’s on a quiet street so not noisy at night, the bed is comfy but it does get a bit hot inside as the sun sets (there is AC and two fans in the apartment though). Would recommend overall.

I had a great stay in Phamily Residence and decided to extend for one more month. The neighborhood is very expats-friendly with a lot of foreigners but also very nice local people. The apartment is located next to dozens of varied restaurants and 5 minutes away from the beach. The interior is as described so nothing much to add about this. The manager in charge of the place (who is not the same person as the Airbnb owner) is friendly, even though he does not speak English we could communicate through translators. Only downside is that the neighborhood is very noisy, especially due to locals on scooters selling with loud megaphones at all hours, but also because there was a massive construction work literally on the building nextdoor, which caused a lot of noise and vibration. If you're looking for a quiet place, it may not be right for you. But if you're there to work online at home or in cafes, meet a lot of new people, and enjoy delicious food from all over the world, go for it!

Great stay - Clara was very responsive to any issue and the receptionist was extremely helpful when I was sick - getting us medicine from the pharmacy etc. The apartment was great and it was nice to be in a quieter neighbourhood outside the centre. Only issue was a couple of power cuts which were nobody’s fault and the WiFi whilst mostly okay, did have a couple of issues for us (working remotely). But overall would recommend and love to stay again

Hai’s place is great! Nothing bad to say about the apartment per se, the only thing is that it’s a bit far from Da Nang downtown but It doesn’t really matter if you drive a motorcycle! Great to have a private place for a good price when you need a break from hostels:)

Volle verdiente 5 Sterne für diese Unterkunft. Absolut zu empfehlen. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt total zufrieden. Super geeignet auch für längere Zeit. Der Gastgeber und das Personal sind freundlich und hilfsbreit. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The flat is located a bit farther from the main expat area, which is great if you're looking to explore more of the local surroundings. It's about a one-hour walk to the beach, or just a 10-minute ride with Grab. The apartment has two bathrooms, which is ideal if there are three of you and everyone needs to shower around the same time. While there's a Highland Coffee nearby, it's not really worth a visit due to the higher prices. However, just around the corner from the flat, you'll find a fantastic massage spot and a few charming local coffee and tea shops. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay in the flat. We stayed there 32 days.

This was the second time that I stayed at Temo Apartment. The location is great- walkable to the beach (about 10 minutes), a short distance from the main road (so that it’s not too loud), and it’s another 8 minutes walk to a gym nearby. Duc was also very responsive during my stay- the shower faucet had a different design than most, and he came down on a Sunday to teach me how to use it. On my second stay, the door knob was spoilt and he came down to the apartment at around 1am to help me gain access to the flat. The cleaning was very frequent as well, about once every 3 days. Overall, I believe this is a great place to stay, especially if you’re staying here for a bit longer (eg at least a few weeks). One small downside is that the wifi isn’t as fast as I’ll like it to be- streaming live sports events was very laggy and I used my phone as a mobile hotspot instead. Otherwise, I’ll strongly recommend this flat.

Excellent value. We stayed here for approx 2 months over the course of our visit to Da Nang. Staff try their best to help if you have a problem & are so friendly. Pool is often super quiet (and it’s clean!) with a member of staff nearby in case there’s any issues. Highly recommend though it would be great if they updated the gym equipment as it’s very old and some doesn’t work at all. Thank you for a great stay!

Das Appartment ist sehr schön geräumig und hell. Die Lage ist an einer ruhigen Strasse sehr nahe am Zentrum und am Strand. Der Besitzer antwortet schnell.

Highly recommended!!! A nice place to stay in Da Nang. There are many restaurants and cafes closed by. The host is extremely nice and friendly. They provide water bottles and new bath towels daily. The place is peaceful that I love the most.

I feel so grateful that I chose Dung’s airbnb for my stay in Da Nang. During the 3 months I spent there, it felt like being at a home away from home. The comforts of the apartment listing, the hospitality of Dung’s team, the impeccable cleaning by the housekeeping lady, were all five stars. For more than once, Dung and her husband went out of their way to fulfill my requests and I’d always be grateful to them for those gestures. As a small business owner myself, I admired the integrity and devotion with which both of them run their Airbnb and restaurant business. Their teamwork is truly inspiring. I now have a place I can choose everytime I am back in Da Nang! Thank you Dung and team. 😊

Проживала в квартире полтора месяца — осталась довольна. Из ключевых плюсов: локация супер — корейский район, всё рядом: магазины, кафе, до набережной можно дойти пешком. Очень удачное расположение, особенно если вы не на байке. Хозяин — отдельное спасибо! Суперотзывчивый, на все просьбы реагировал быстро. Мне не хватало кухонных мелочей — он всё организовал на следующий день. На кухне готовила регулярно — из минусов только одна конфорка, но я адаптировалась, не критично. Матрас — огонь. Реально комфортно спала, это прям редкость для меня. Также порадовало, что есть зонирование: спальня отдельно, гостиная отдельно, плюс места для хранения вещей предостаточно — как девушке, мне это было важно. Из минусов — нет вида из окна. Мне это было не так важно, потому что днём я почти не бывала дома, но кому-то может показаться минусом. Стиральная машинка европейская, а не местная. В целом — рекомендую, особенно для длительного проживания.
