Kid-friendly vacation rentals in An Hải Bắc

This is my second time staying at the Chi Villa and hopefully not my last. It is so perfect! The best location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and a short scooter ride in to old town. The host Lam is so helpful and will organise everything you need! Breakfast is delicious. Thank you for everything and we will be back.

I was so satisfied with the accommodation I stayed in Da Nang, and the communication was fast and everything was perfect. The kindness of the host made the traveler feel comfortable. The condition of the accommodation was the best, and I intend to visit again next time. And one thing I would like to see is a safe in every room.

Good for a family stay! Has 5 rooms and a large living room!

It was so nice to be able to communicate in Korean, and I was touched by the quick response. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but they took care of my luggage, so I was able to eat comfortably nearby. The swimming pool is the right size to play with children, and it is equipped with a washer and dryer, so you can wash your clothes, and there are many local restaurants and cafes a little further away. It's an alley that takes less than 5 minutes on foot, so it wasn't noisy and it was so nice. I would like to stay at this villa again the next time I visit Da Nang. I took a walk at night and went to My Khe Beach. We were so happy to be able to spend our family's pleasant trip to Da Nang with your villa.

Now I'm back home in Korea ~ If you ask me to tell you the most memorable memory in Vietnam, I'd say it was the 10 hours at coucou. I rested very comfortably, and my child peed in the bed, so I was in the private swimming pool for a few hours, completely naked, and I couldn't even go to the bathroom, so I had to use the bed. ^^ I would like to thank you again for being considerate of me so that I could rest at the accommodation early on the day of departure. My parents and our family were deeply moved by the kindness and consideration of the owner, and the service spirit for the guests (I left my phone at the airport and contacted them, and they came to the airport) was touching × 1000. I think I'll ask my acquaintances who are going to Vietnam to see if they can make a reservation at coucou first. I am so grateful and touched. I hope you will continue to prosper and will visit Da Nang soon. It's the number one accommodation!

Beautiful space! The Pao team was incredible and did so much to make us feel welcome. The location is about 10 mins away from ancient town and you’re nestled near the beach in a cute neighborhood. We used beach cruisers to bike everywhere. It was a great trip. Thank you Pao Homes!!

Anna was the best AirBnB host I’ve ever had. She was very great with communication, she went above and beyond with recommendations, made sure we were comfortable, and helped us with transportation. Everything was accurate to the listing. When I come back to Da Nang, I will try my best to come back to Anna’s homestay.

I stayed here for almost a week, and it was honestly even better than I expected! The place looks just like the photos — so beautiful, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the most beautiful beach, and there’s plenty nearby — from restaurants to small stores. The hosts were really helpful and kind. My flight was a bit early, but they let me check in earlier and even left some thoughtful details like complimentary drinks in the fridge, toothpaste, a brush, and more. I really loved staying here and would definitely stay again in the future! ❤️✨

Absolutely perfect location near the river, tons of good restaurants and spas nearby. The condo was exactly like the pictures, clean and comfortable. The host was simply amazing, from the fast communication to the little gifts, we appreciated everything. Highly recommended

Stayed here for 10 days and it was the best! Firstly the hosts are super responsive and very friendly and helpful. The apartment building is very clean and has a laundry option on the top floor. The apartments are clean and very comfortable. Very high wifi speed and great for work. Kitchenette and fridge in the room for cooking options was great. The location is in the suburbs and it’s great to experience local life away from the hustle bustle of inner city. Great food options in the neighbourhood and there is win mart just about 150mts from the apartment. Dragon bridge and Han river front is at a walking distance. And felt safe very early in the morning or late in the evenings. Many thanks to Trinh and Linh making my stay here memorable

I recommend this place to stay; I will definitely be staying here again. The host is really responsive and helpful. The location is strategic, a two-minute walk to the beach, and it is even better when you get a beach-view unit.

The apartment itself was very clean and had a lot of space. Very easy to live in. The location itself is far out of the tourist area and also had a strong scent of fish. If you have a sensitive nose the smell of the area is definitely something to take into consideration. I also would add that there is no gym, even though the listing makes it out that there is. Overall a nice stay.

The accommodation was clean and around the Han River, so the river view was also great. It was in the center of Da Nang, so I was able to move quickly wherever I went. This is the listing I'd like to use again the next time I come to Da Nang.

We had a great time, must say - never met a host like Vanne. She is very humble and cooperative. If you're visiting Da Nang then stay at her place.

This is honestly one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at! The location is amazing, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The place is super spacious, from the living room to the bedroom and even the bathroom. They had everything we needed, from toiletries to kitchen essentials. Our absolute favorite was the bed, it was so soft and comfy. The balcony view was beautiful, especially at night. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the complimentary airport pick-up was such a nice touch. We requested a late check-out at 12:30 PM and they kindly accommodated it, which we really appreciated. The team was very friendly, responsive, and made everything smooth, we didn’t run into any issues at all. The gym and pool were both beautiful and free to use. Such a BONUS! Having a washer and dryer was a big plus too, especially since we brought a lot of clothes. Would 100% stay here again when we come back to Da Nang!

Zing Zung’s place was fabulous and she was such an amazing host! While staying there we realized that our visas for our next TWO locations had to be printed and panicked a bit, but she was happy to print what we needed and bring it to us! She’s such a gem and the apartment was lovely!
