Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. Sleepover Diemen

De studio ligt in het centrum van Diemen, bij het winkelcentrum met supermarkten en restaurants. Je loopt in 5 minuten naar openbaar vervoer: trein of tram en je staat binnen 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. De bus brengt je rechtstreeks in 20 minuten naar de Ziggo Dome, JC Arena en AFAS theater. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien, een patio, eigen entree, een gratis privé parkeerplek. Met een badkamer, koffiecorner, koelkast, laptopkluis, tv, tweepersoons bed en Wifi.

Near Amsterdam, you will find this unique private house surrounded by characteristic Dutch water landscape. The house is completely corona proof. The house has two floors, downstairs the living room with a modern kitchen with terrace and an upstairs with the bedroom with a freestanding bath. The spectacular view of the water immidiatly transforms the mind after a visit in Amsterdam. From this quiet area it is only 10 minutes by public transport to the Central Station in Amsterdam.

On the edge of the nature reserve "Varkensland", less than 15 minutes from Amsterdam, you will find our completely renovated guest house. A sunny two-story house overlooking the garden and the water. From this oasis of peace and quiet, you can discover this beautiful region, with historic towns such as Monnickendam and Marken. Amsterdam is also literally around the corner. The bus ride to Amsterdam takes 10 minutes. The bus leaves every 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop.

I would love to welcome you to my unique place in the middle of the farmlands of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. By the way, the ferry is privately owned, and is only used by my guests.
