This peaceful, spacious studio sits on the 1st floor with balcony and sea view.

Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The location is particularly favorable. It is an hour and a half from Athens, five minutes from Akrata. My place is ideal for couples, families with children and groups of friends.
