Vacation rentals with beach access in Ampelas

From the minute I met the hosts at the ferry port I knew this vacation was going to be special! They are both so warm and welcoming and I now have new friends for life. The home was the ideal place that I dreamed of...it overlooks the Aegean Sea, just 10 minutes outside of the port city, close to a grocery market and numerous beaches. The sunset right from the porch or from the shore is heavenly and different every night. There's a path down the cliffside right to the water. The home itself is exactly as it appears in the description and the pictures. I absolutely plan to visit here again as this home is exactly the relaxing environment I was hoping for. I highly recommend it!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön - weißes Haus mit blauen Fenstern und pinken Blumen. Die Lage war perfekt mit unserem Mietwagen (den wir direkt vor der Tür parken konnten) zu erreichen und zwischen einer Vielzahl wunderschöner fußläufig erreichbarer Strände. Aus dem Bett sowie von der Terrasse aus konnte man direkt auf das Meer sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Stella war sehr nett und einfach. Sie hat uns mit einem Tablett voll Essen willkommen geheißen. Es wurde täglich gereinigt und sogar die Handtücher wurden ausgetauscht. Der einzig negative Punkt waren die Mücken. Ein Fliegengitter im Fenster wäre sinnvoll.

This beautiful little home was perfect for our stay in Paros. It was 5-10 min walk to the fishermen port and all the closest restaurants and shops. I wouldn’t highly recommend! Ioannis even arranged for a car to pick us up and drop us off at the port. I would 100% come back! Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Marina was a good host, the place is exactly as surprise. I liked the location as it was more quiet residential area and I was able to easily access the town centre and walk to places of interest in Naousa. However, if you want to be in the middle of things, ready to party this is not for you, and this is why liked the place. Also, this was not an issue for me, if you intend on cooking a lot, this is a studio so any cooking scents will likely still be lingering when you sleep. For us it was great to boil a few eggs and make snacks.

Such a beautiful view, so peaceful and private. There is a restaurant next door but. There is a divider between allowing you to still maintain privacy. I loved this space, perfect location. Host was responsive and very helpful! I would recommend!!!

Mousti’s place is clean, quiet, comfortable and well-equipped. He was an exceptionally responsive and helpful host, offering lots of tips and information. When a small issue arose with the AC unit, he went out of his way to resolve it. The apartment itself is great for a couple especially. It’s a quick walk to Naousa but there’s no pavement for most of the route so be advised that a car may be required if you’re with a small child, as we were. The back terrace of the apartment is a lovely setting for breakfast or dinner, and there’s a nice coffee shop a few minutes’ walk away (Afros Sips and Bites). All in all, a great experience. This little Airbnb is the perfect stay in Paros! Walkable to amazing waterfront restaurants, lots of shops, markets, etc. Grigoris’s mom was amazing, she stopped by to ease check in and check out! Lots of accessible beaches near by via bus or taxi, and we loved our patio for sunset as well. Also you must go to pita frank’s for the most amazing gyro

Das Haus war schön geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Aussenbereich war teilweise überdacht und es gab 2 Möglichkeiten, um es sich vor dem Haus im Schatten oder in der Sonne gemütlich zu machen. Die Küche war mit vielen Geräten und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Wohnzimmerbereich war sehr gemütlich. Die Eigentümerfamilie arbeitet und wohnt in den Gebäuden direkt nebenan. Das einzige, was wir im Nachhinein ein klein wenig nachteilig empfunden haben, war, dass wir auf unseren Motorroller angewiesen waren, weil wir uns ein wenig "in the middle of nowhere" empfunden haben. Um uns herum abgemähte Felder und vereinzelte Häuser. Naoussa und die nächsten Strände waren zwar nicht weit weg, dennoch waren wir auf ein Fahrzeug angewiesen. Dank Michalis haben wir unseren Motorroller zu sehr guten Konditionen angemietet und unsere Lieblingstaverne Katsounas gefunden. Wen es nicht stört, dass er fußläufig nicht nah an einem Ort ist, der hat hier einen gute Standort,um Paros zu erkunden

Katerina was a great Host, reacted always within an hours on my messages and was always really friendly. The place was also absolutely clean and had an super Location.

Beautiful location near Santa Maria beach and a short drive to Naousa for dinner each night. The host was very responsive with any questions. The backyard area has spectacular views and is very well kept. Great location to stay while in Paros and was able to drive around and explore the entire island very easily. Highly recommend!

From the second I booked my reservation Niko reached out immediately to thank me and to introduce himself. Couple days before our check-in he reached out again told me to notify him once we arrive and he would be waiting for us. The house is spotless it is modern. the location is 10 out of 10, there was a basket of local snacks and waters waiting for Us! Niko and Asimina were hospitable And sociable, I didn’t even get a chance to ask and he had already send me Local Recommendations! We fell in love with his home and pots and cannot wait to be back! We were extremely happy with our stay, the location was perfect to visit Naxos town. It is central to everything. It is also above a very nice cafe/restaurant. The hosts were welcoming and helpful with check in, even taking our cases to the room for us upon arrival. We would definitely recommend and would look forward to staying again. We wish the room had been available for the entire week as we would have happily stayed here. Thank you!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la très belle maison de Maria et Ilias. Tout était parfait de l’accueil à la qualité des prestations jusqu’au petites attentions gourmandes de Maria. Un endroit paisible au bord de la piscine ou sur les nombreuses plages de Paros à proximité. L’emplacement tout près de Naoussa permet de sortir le soir mais de revenir ensuite au calme ! Merci à nos hôtes !

We had the best stay at Ioannis home! We were able to drop off our bags a bit early as we explored the town. Upon check in, Ioannis gave us a tour of the home and made himself available for anything we needed throughout our stay. He had left cookies on the table for us which was such a nice hospitable touch. The home was spotless, the roof was just beautiful - the pictures don’t do it justice. The location was also amazing! Everything was extremely walkable and near all the best spots in the Naoussa area. For anyone driving like we did, it’s a very easy drive from the port of Paros and there are local free parking areas as well as valet parking nearby. If you are taking the bus it looked like it left you close as well. Per the other reviews, there is a bit of noise at night from the bars because you are in the heart of it. We didn’t mind it at all but something to keep in mind. Overall, amazing stay! We will stay here again the next time we find ourselves in Paro

Gabriel made you feel at home from the time he organised a pick up for me from the port and greeted me at the house to saying farewell and organising transport back. The house had every little detail thought of. Gabriel even had a fresh loaf of bread and Greek cookies waiting for me in the well organised kitchen. It was right beside Magaya Restaurant which was a regular drinking and eating place. I even joined the outdoor yoga class next door too. There are lots of outdoor garden areas to chill too with a drink. Right on the doorstep of Parasporos Beach you will not find a better place to feel like a Greek and listen to the waves as you fall asleep. I hope to return…….

Exceptional unit in peaceful haven on gorgeous island❣️

The place is as described and as seen in the pictures. Extremely close to the beach, walking distance to the center and the port with many shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. If you need to work from there, be mindful that the internet is a bit slow. Maria and her brother were reallt attentive and we greatly enjoyed the apricots from the tree in the balcony! We definitely recommend.

This apt is very central and easily walkable to the port, main streets, parking lots, supermarkets, restaurants, and even two beaches in town. The apt has a great private balcony overlooking everything and we spent some time people watching below and looking out at the ocean. Great location!! Airport is only a 10-15 minute drive.

we were blown away by Maria's super cute friendly mom who welcomed us and how much extra was provided, our bedding and pillows were great ...best place I have stayed in past 45 years I have travelled to Greece

Easy walking distance to the city center, but with some cushion from the business and noise. Incredible view of the bay from the balcony. The apt itself is tastefully, minimally appointed, and everything is very high quality. Hard to overstate the value of this apt.

Ambelas Mare apartments is a beautiful place at a perfect location. Everything you need is close by and the environment is peaceful and beautiful. It was a very nice and welcome surprise that there is a reception where Maria and her lovely relatives help you throughout the whole day if you need something and they serve homemade delicacies upon request. Another nice surprise is that the apartments are cleaned every day. It was the perfect holiday for us and we hope to be back soon.
