Kitchen opens up to the living room and living room can open up to the dining/TV room. Every room has ceiling fan and mosts all rooms have TV. Covered parking for one vehicle. Pool is closed!

While it is an older place and looks a bit rough on the outside, it is very cozy and clean on the inside. The quiet area and cute little deck is a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine or ice tea in the evening! It provides plenty of parking for trucks and boats! It can be a bit hard to find if you are coming it at night so be sure to review the directions tab!

A delightful home tucked away on the edge of Amistad National Recreation Area, and just a stone’s throw from downtown Del Rio. We booked fairly last-minute in order to have a place to stay to watch the solar eclipse and Katherine got us right in. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

We were there for a fishing trip and really appreciated the great boat parking and the extra space for our truck. Big bonus: there was a plug in the back that made it easy to charge the boat overnight. The beds were super comfortable, and each room had its own TV, which was a nice touch. Our trip to Beverly's place was for a mini-spring break trip for my family. We visited the Caverns of Sonora, Ft. McKavett, and did quite a bit of shopping in Junction. What a great getaway! The views from Beverly's place of the river were stunning, with lots of deer visible on the other side of the river. The house and accommodations were perfect for what we were looking for. Very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend Beverly's place. We especially liked the artwork and personal items throughout the house. Very tasteful and obviously collected with care. If we have a need to visit the area again, we would definitely stay here again.
