Es mejor que como se muestra en fotos! El lugar es muy tranquilo y relajante! La atención del personal súper amigable en especial Flory! Fuimos con las mascotas y fueron súper bien recibidos hasta una cama nos dieron para ellos, la vista y el atardecer desde el lugar es increíble La piscina fresca y los alrededores de zona verde lo que uno necesita para descansar

We absolutely loved staying here. I think I could live here! It’s so peaceful and such a great place to relax. The staff were so friendly and it was very convenient to have our laundry done or lunch delivered on days when my husband was out with the car and I couldn’t go to get lunch, while working. Would stay here again!

Honestly, one of our best trips. The location, price, amenities, ease. Couldn't have asked for a better place. Martin and his staff were amazing. Even had a lavender candle gift left for our anniversary. Would love to go back. Between my wife and I, I can say this was one of our best Florida vacations.

Sehr schönes und seriöses Appartment direkt am wunderschönen Strand. Die Wohnung liegt super Zentral, sobald man mit dem Fahrzeug ankommt wird es von den Jungs in empfang genommen und parkiert, man steigt aus und checkt im der Lobby ein, super einfach. Die Gestäte kommen aus aller Welt und sind eher gehoben, die Unterkunft ist sauber, und bietet neben allem was beschrieben ist Zugang zu den Pools und dem Gym. Sehr schönes Apartment, modern eingerichtet mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, wir sind mit zwei Kindern angereist, das Babybett und der Hochstuhl wurden bereits ins Appartment gestellt, sehr Aufmerksam von Michael. In der Umgebung ist alles zu Fuss erreichbar, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Fast-Food alles in 5 min Nähe. Der Strand ist Fenomenal und die Liegen und Sonnenschirme werden vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt (Privatstrand). Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft von Michael, Danke wir kommem wieder.

Staying here was a wonderful experience and I’m glad I was able to book it to surprise my bestie for her birthday! The place was just as described and I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone! I wish it was a microwave but I made it work with warming up my food on the stove lol. Thanks Jovany for such a lovely stay and hopefully me and my bestie will be back soon!

Loved our stay here - beautiful place and great location! Host was super responsive and we had great instructions. The suite was new, modern and had all the amenities. It was absolutely spotless with scent-free linens and towels that were great quality. Beds were comfortable and location was great with lots of shops and restaurants right outside the door and transit was steps away to get to the downtown core.

Everything was perfect about our stay here. This is the cleanest BNB we’ve ever stayed at. The furnishings and aesthetic were “homey” and the underground parking was a huge perk. 10/10 recommend!

We found this place after the place that we had previously reserved canceled last minute. Ramiro responded quickly and from reserving to check out we had no regrets. Apt. was very nice and spacious, perfect for the 2 of us. aside from food and condiments, it had everything else we would need for the kitchen! the bathroom even had a flat iron and beach towels which was awesome! the bedroom had a nice TV and nice size closet, the bed was adjustable so that was nice for watching tv before bed, mattress was very firm, I loved it; my husband didn't lol (the only bad thing about the bedroom was the opening at the top of wall that shares the kitchen/living room, you can hear absolutely everything through there so not great if I was sleeping and he wanted to watch TV or make coffee, but that's not the hosts fault and would not deter me from renting this place again, just an FYI). the balcony with a partial view of the river walk was so peaceful and nice for morning coffee and reading. It was perfect for our last minute, one night need. Clean. Washer & dryer. All the amenities. Check in was simple, the gentleman was very friendly & informative. Super comfy sleep! Location is great, but a little noisy in the morning, construction stuff. Close to all the happenings. Parking was a separate added cost, but was gated, so a solid plus! I'll be more mindful on future trips & factor in additional parking costs (garage fees are insane, $38 for just 3 hours!) vs maybe staying closer within' walking distance. Definitely keeping this on our rebook list though! Thank you!

O apartamento é muito bom, pertinho do metrô e da Lapa, mas com muito silêncio e privacidade! Confortável como nas fotos. Ótima comunicação! Pretendo me hospedar mais vezes.

Adoramos nossa estada na Gênesis. O apartamento é lindo, funcional e bem decorado. O gestor é muito solícito. Tivemos um problema para entrar e, mesmo sendo tarde da noite, ele nos atendeu com gentileza e nos ajudou.
