A great house in a beautiful location where you can unite with the mother nature. Américo and Rosalina are very nice hosts. They waited for our late arrival at 10pm to greet us and show the place, making the check-in process as smooth as possible. The house and the yard are very cozy, having a lot of lovely little details. The surrounding nature is gorgeous; the pictures do not show the real beauty. You can see the Milky Way in the night sky, and the morning fog covering the mountains is just stunning. We got the fresh bread in the morning at the gate, which was very delicious. Driving to Porto, Pinhão, and Guimaraes, is about one hour as part of the road goes via a serpentine road with amazing views. We were a company of four adults and two kids, and everything was great. The kids had fun swimming in the pool. I wish we could stay longer at Américo's place. We definitely highly recommend his house!

Amarante is a beautiful town but you definitely need a car to get around, which we did. The pool and gardens were beautiful and lovely to relax in and our hosts were very friendly and responsive

We stayed in this wonderful house to celebrate my birthday and it was simply perfect! The house is beautiful, fresh and very comfortable – it really conveys a sense of peace and well-being. We were greeted with great affection and attention, which made all the difference. Micaela was an excellent host – super friendly, practical and flexible, always available to help with whatever was needed. Both she and Márcia were extremely helpful and attentive. We feel truly welcome. We miss a broom! But otherwise the house was very complete. The kitchen is very well equipped. We all dreamed of living in a house like this! I recommend it wholeheartedly. 💫

Everything was perfect. There was everything you might need. Details such as phone chargers, board games, personal hygiene such as tampons, sunscreen, shower gel, deodorant... In the kitchen there was everything, including some welcome beers, some pastries... It was a 10.

We love the reception,easy access to the center ,privacy and cleaning,home with heating in the winter !

Mario was a very easy host to contact, very responsive, very accessible, explained everything I needed to know. The space is very quiet, very "local" in its identity, it reflects the area in which it is inserted, impeccable cleanliness, we had access to everything we needed. Thank you for everything!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this place! Upon arrival, I was impressed by the tasteful and loving decor – every detail was thoughtful, stylish and at the same time cozy. You can immediately see how much passion has flowed into this home. I was particularly enthusiastic about the surroundings: a wonderfully quiet location, surrounded by pure nature. Waking up in the morning and hearing nothing but birdsong was simply fantastic. Just the right place to unwind and escape the ordinary. A real little paradise – I would come back anytime and can recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, quiet and nature-loving break.

A beautiful area and a dreamy living environment. elisabeth's house is at the top to have a good time, nice sunset by the pool👌. Amarantes is very well located which allowed us to visit other beautiful cities. again thank you Elisabeth for making us have a good holiday too short for our taste ☺️

It's the best place I've been since using Airbnb and other platforms. Catarina and her sister Branca are lovely. They have been attentive at all times that we were at ease. We felt treated like Reyes. They were when they needed them but not disturbed, discreetly. The house, surrounded by nature, is ideal for vacationing. The decoration is very tastefully designed. Each corner has a nice detail that makes you feel that you are in a home, not just a home. They have 2 dogs and 2 incredibly affectionate and good cats. Every morning when I woke up, I expected to see them to start the day with the happiness they conveyed. I miss them already. I would definitely have stayed there. Thank you for everything Catarina and Branca, I hope we will meet again!

Pleasant stay, house is large . Overall we had a nice stay. The location of the house is very good (close to Marco) and convenient because it is close to shops. Air conditioning was a plus for comfort. We enjoyed the wood-burning oven and the room which acts as a dining room. The living room is very comfortable and large , ideal for a large family like us. Billiards allows for friendly parties.

We enjoyed the stay very much. Very friendly and helpful guests. 5 star Check in. We were a group of 8 and we enjoyed the house being isolated because we didn't have to worry about the noise. However, the house is difficult to access having to pass through narrow, earthy streets. There was heating in the house, which was necessary since it is quite cold in the area when it's not sunny. Kitchen equipped with toaster, toaster, microwave, magic wand, refrigerators (oven didn't work). There was no tablecloth, only 4 singles that weren't enough for the 8. Bath towels, blankets, sheets and pillows were provided for 8. We really like the pool. It goes up to 2 meters and such of sufficient depth and great for everyone. Overall we had a good experience and recommend this home to anyone who wants to be more isolated from the city.
