Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Amancy

Excellente localisation pour profiter de cette magnifique région et de toutes les commodités (commerces et location de vélos à deux pas). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce beau logement, spacieux et particulièrement bien équipé. Sandrine est une personne charmante et disponible qui a pris le temps de nous accueillir et de nous donner des conseils pour notre séjour. Il y a tout le matériel bébé à disposition (lit, chaise haute, baignoire) ainsi que des livres et des jouets pour les enfants. Tout est pensé pour se sentir bien. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Superb apartment, spectacular views, very wonderful host. All the amenities listed plus much more- very well equipped kitchen. Felt right at home and the lovely deck view, and location in the town of Chamonix was perfect for my family of three.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet (vor allem auch die Küche) und sie liegt in einem ruhigen, entspannten Wohngebiet. Der Balkon und die Aussicht sind natürlich super und Nathalie war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Annecy und die Gegend hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Great people to deal with. Unfortunately we weren't able to stay due to an issue at our end but I would highly recommend based on their communication and helpfulness

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

Excellent logement, emplacement idéal. Merci à Odile et Jeanne pour leurs gentillesses. La literie est de qualité et le cadre est très paisible tout en étant très proche des commodités. Quant à la vue, elle est vraiment superbe, ce qui permet un dépaysement total même à l’intérieur. Merci nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

L’appartement était super et totalement conforme à l’annonce ! L’isolation acoustique de la porte d’entrée pourrait toutefois être améliorée pour rendre le logement encore plus agréable

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

Magnifique chalet,superbe vue sur le Mont Blanc , environnement calme et paisible ,très cocooning, aménagement original, décoration épurée et chic. Plusieurs balcons pour se poser et admirer la vue. Terrasse à l'arrière du chalet bien équipée. Accueil très chaleureux avec cadeaux de bienvenue, les propriétaires sont aux petits soins avec leurs clients, sont réactifs, disponibles et à l'écoute de leurs clients. Avons passé une magnifique semaine.

Logement idéalement situé avec une vu magnifique sur les montagnes ! Hôtes très réactive, un séjour au top dans cette belle maison agréable et son jardin aménagé pour les enfants Je recommande ce lieux magnifiques

We absolutely loved our stay. It was nice to be just out of Annecy and avoid the crowds but still easy to drive in when we wanted to. We made good use of the outdoor area, pool and bbq which were in great condition and easy to use. There are a couple of cute little restaurants nearby which was super helpful. Overall a beautiful place!

My son and I had an awesome/great time. It feels like we are in a 5 Star hotel. Beautiful, homely, breathtaking, lovely, pleasant, cozy, luxury, perfect place, exclusive, high quality, meticulously clean, calm surrounding. We say A Big Thank You To Liselotte and her husband, they are kindhearted, considerate, easygoing, friendly, amazing, and communicate easily. We will surely miss this beautiful, lovely home and we cannot wait to come back again and enjoy all the luxurious amenities.

Séjour génial au 427, parfait pour profiter à deux. Le logement est impeccable, extrêmement propre, climatisé et il ne manque rien. On sent que le confort de leurs voyageurs est très important pour Elisabeth et son mari, et cela a été fortement apprécié! Que demander de mieux qu’une soirée apéro jacuzzi barbecue avec une belle vue sur les montagnes ? Merci à tous les deux !

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Lake Annecy! Super easy to walk down to the lake—about a 5-10 min walk to a lovely beach for swimming. Also really quick to get to Annecy for shopping, restaurants etc. either by taxi or bus. The place is so beautiful—very clean and looks just like the photos. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the backyard area! Only thing to note is that it did get very hot during our stay in June! No AC and no screens on the doors/windows so it stayed quite hot even through the evening. Other than that the place was just perfect for our group!

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

We absolutely loved this property. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet in the evenings but steps away from dining, bars and other activities. The area is very walkable. The restaurants and shops in the area are very friendly- we felt like part of the neighborhood when we left. We made many friends. Everything matched the description perfectly and the AC was cool and comfortable the one really warm day. We loved having a refrigerator and kitchen to reheat leftovers from the amazing nearby restaurants. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning. The location, the team and the accommodations were perfection.

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans le logement de Marilyne, où tout est bien pensé pour que nous passions un magnifique séjour dans cette si belle région. Marilyne est disponible, réactive, et très sympathique. Je recommande ce logement pour son emplacement, sa propreté et sa vue sur le lac d'Annecy.
