I'm Andres, an Airbnb host for 2 years. I have 2 apartments in the app (the 1st already has more than 90 positive ratings). We recently added this new recycled apartment to enjoy a stylish experience in a central area, a few meters from beautiful tourist spots in Rosario such as the waterfront on the Parana River, the monument to the flag, the pedestrian commercial or bar/restaurant area. Great for enjoying a beautiful stay.

Excellent brand new studio. Very bright and fully equipped with everything brand new. Privileged location 2 blocks from the city's main avenues (Oroño and Pellegrini). Meters from Independencia Park, the main green lung. 10 blocks from Pichincha, a bar and brewery area. Very close to the women's health center and the best clinics and diagnostic centers. Really close to everything!

I went to Rosario for the weekend for an event and needed a place to stay downtown for one night. The place is very nice and well-equipped, it is ideal for one or two people. It's comfortable, in a nice building. When I arrived everything was very clean, and everything even smelled like a very nice perfume. The shower works well, and the bed is comfortable. I haven't used the kitchen, but it was fully equipped.

My stay in this apartment was wonderful! It's compact, but it has everything you need to stay for a few days. The bed is very comfortable and the living room works very well for those who need to work. I found the possibility of using the washing machine very useful, it was one of the decisive factors for me. You can admire the sunrise and sunset in autumn! The neighborhood is very good, I felt safe even traveling alone and walking around at night. It has several restaurants, markets and squares/parks nearby, which makes the experience of getting to know the city very good! Roberto checked me in and out and was very attentive. Responses from Airbnb were always quick and efficient. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend it!

(It was always difficult for us to find in Rosario), the area is full of restaurants and the loft is beautiful, with everything you need to have a great stay. We'll be back for sure!

We went to Rosario for 10 days for work and we were looking for a quiet place to rest. It undoubtedly exceeded expectations, the apartment is equipped for everything, the beds are super comfortable, everything works very well, the shower, which is always something, is half and half, in this case it works perfectly, the water pressure is excellent and the hot water is great. The neighborhood is very quiet on the outskirts of the city, and being private gives you a lot of peace of mind. We will definitely choose it again. I recommend it 100%!! 👍
