With 200 m² of living space, you'll find plenty of room to feel at home. On the ground floor, you'll find three stylish bedrooms with double beds (King size), two modern bathrooms, and two separate toilets. On the first floor is the cozy, east-facing living room with a 10 m² north-east terrace from which you can enjoy a wonderful view. There is also another toilet and a high-quality kitchen with a kitchen island and Miele appliances. The adjoining, spacious 30 m² south-west terrace invites you to relax and linger. The bright, light-flooded basement can be used as a fourth bedroom with two double beds if desired. With its generous 65 m², it not only offers additional space for sleeping, but also ideal conditions for workshops, yoga, and other relaxing activities. The Loxone smart home system ensures maximum comfort by perfectly coordinating lighting and shading. All walls, custom-made built-in furniture, and the high-quality kitchen were crafted by a regional carpenter - quality you can see and feel.

The cozy chalet in the spa resort of Wienacht-Tobel, high above Lake Constance, invites you to relax and unwind. It's situated in a peaceful setting and offers a breathtaking view of the lake. The region is a paradise for nature and sports enthusiasts: numerous hiking, cycling, and swimming opportunities await, as well as nearby ski lifts and toboggan runs. In the neighboring towns of Rorschach, Heiden, and St. Gallen, you'll find a variety of shopping options and restaurants to suit all tastes.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The apartment is located in a 2-family house on the upper floor. There is a private entrance, parking and a carport. In a garden lounge you can really relax on warm days. It is a central starting point in the middle of the Rhine Valley for hikes and many beautiful excursions. In the same house, there is another, completely separate apartment that can also be rented. The apartment itself is poorly visible from the outside. The view of the Swiss mountains is fantastic. Enjoy the sunset or enjoy a movie on the projector.

Tiny Home Altach - near Dornbirn and Swizerland

With great love, we built our tiny home entirely on our own, putting a lot of thought and energy into it. It is located in the far west of Austria, in Vorarlberg – near Liechtenstein, Switzerland, and Germany. The house offers space for 4 people: a double bed (140 cm wide) and a bunk bed with two sleeping spaces. The kitchen-living room is small but very cozy. There’s a large terrace and a garden with plenty of plants.
