Room/private bathroom in a modern shared apartment

Comfortable and modern accommodation. You'll spend the night in the bedroom of my small apartment, which has an internal bathroom and closet. The common areas are shared with the host, including the bathroom on an occasional basis or by strict necessity. Check-in will be between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm from Monday to Saturday, Sundays from 8:00 pm, however, I will always try to adapt to your needs, there is room for flexibility. In the months of June, July and August we can take a dip in the neighborhood pool.

Apartamento inscribed in the register of Turismo de Castilla la Mancha with no. 88895. Located in the center of Guadalajara, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of them en-suite, open kitchen to a spacious living room of 30 meters. Capacity for up to 5 people, it has 2 90 cm beds in each room and a cheslong sofa bed. Completely renovated in 2017, it has wifi, AA, individual heating, 43"LED TV and DVD, to make your stay comfortable, either for work or tourism.

Atenea's corner.

Old construction house, ideal for resting if you are traveling or to get to know the Alcarria. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, kitchen and living room, ideal for four/five people. By some stairs a little steep one goes upstairs, where there is another bathroom (with a hot tub), a bedroom with a double bed and another with a 120 cm bed. From there you can access the attic by the wooden stairs (see photos), in which there are two 90 cm beds.

Newly built premises with all the equipment. Right on the street. Very spacious and comfortable. In a new area, connected to the center and easy access to important roads. Half an hour from Madrid, and 15 minutes from the airport. It has everything you need: a dryer, appliances, hot water, air conditioning and heating. 2 double beds, kitchen, spacious bathroom, wifi, TVs, ideal for working through large spaces.

Our space is clean and disinfected following the advice of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Designer apartment in the historic center, to discover on foot everything that the city of Miguel de Cervantes has to offer. Cozy rooms with TV, living space with living room and dining room, wonderful bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Very quiet apartment. Invoices can be issued to displaced workers.

Rest in the countryside very close to the city

🌼🚜 Enjoying the countryside almost without leaving the city is a privilege! We offer you this experience just 45 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from Guadalajara station. 🌬️Here you can enjoy the clean and fresh air. You will rest listening only to the noise of the surrounding animals. 🍀If we are lucky, you will see some Corsicans or some Corsican families who live in this area of Guadalajara.

It has a large desk, bookshelf, closet, mini fridge, central heating and air conditioning. Bathroom to share with another guest. The room has an interior latch, it does not have a lock.
