The house is out of the city. We had suffer a lot due to the location and language difference

The property is on top: both in quality and in fact - the height is 1400 meters above the sea level, it is 500 meters above the city center, and therefore above the smog and low clouds. The place is very cool, everything is thought out and done by the owner for himself. 10 out of 10

Firstly I would like to praise the Host as he was super helpful and responsive. this place is for nature lover and you can easily accommodate large families [easy for 10 to 12 people]. rite on top of mountain [indeed not easily accessible] but that's what you go here for. Complete cutoff from outside and get lost in the beauty and nature surrounding. however if you want to get city lively hood, it's 25 mins away and Call a Taxi do come to your door step. House had all the required amenities with proper heating for winters. Olzhas was super helpful, even guiding us with rentals for our shoe crampons. He had Sauna [we did not use it], great backyard for kids to play around, Safe locality, and a play area as well for kids. Amenities like Table Tennis, Kaeoke, PSP kept the kids and adults busy. A must stay place near Almaty

Adels house is in very pores area in Kazakhstan, shymbulak mountain is very near only 6 km , some attractions is very near its only 20 min to 30 minutes, house is very big and it’s for 8 people either 4 couple without child , living area is to big rooms r very spacious, only one is - point internat problem if have your local simcard but in this area some nets issue , other is very nice to stay

Mr Daniyar is a nice and kind person. We forgot our handbag at the property and he was so kind to drop it all the way to the city. Really thankful to him.

Great house for two with a great view. The road to the house itself is narrow and winding. But otherwise you won't get to the hill. There are no neighbors, only the city below, the sky, the air and the silence! All appliances work perfectly. There's even a barbecue outside. You can park your car near the stairs. 9.5/10

We had a good rest and enjoyed nature, despite the bad weather. Everything went according to plan, forgot the grill in the house and the hosts of the house returned it later. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy your stay.

We had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb, by far the best we've experienced in Kazakhstan. The tiny house is nestled in peaceful vineyards, offering a truly serene escape. The house itself is charming and cozy, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Slava, the host, was incredibly kind and flexible, providing us with fantastic recommendations and even accommodating a last-minute pizza request. Be sure to order the delicious breakfast and book the wine & pizza tasting in advance—it’s a must-do! We also loved spending time with his adorable and friendly cats and dogs. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back. Thank you again, Slava, for such a memorable stay!

i travelled with parents and kids and fortunately selected kassyms place. Right from the time of booking,kassym was extremely helpful and responsive. Hello helped us literally with everything...Food,accomodation,travelling,sight seeing,local shopping,food,currency exchange and what not. On top of that,his parents were kind enough to send us some local bread to eat and whatever utilities we required during our stay. I think,this trip would not have been possible without kassym and his familys help and support. Thank you so much Highly recommended

Very good stay in this nice cottage. Close to the slopes in the winter. Great for a stay with kids because there are games too. Thank you for hosting us and for the gifts.

The cabin is very cozy, makes you feel like you don’t want to leave, the furniture is very well put together and the views are amazing, the host is very friendly and it is clear that he loves the place. Sometimes if it is snowy you might need an offroader to get directly to the cabin, but the friendly host didn’t hesitate to offer us rides with the staff car

Very clean and the environment here is super clean too! there’s a market nearby that’s super convenient. The facilities are complete, hair dryer, towels etc. Will repeat if i ever get to come here once more

We looooved this apartment. Everything was perfect. We fell in love with the design, little details, art on the wall, coffee machine. Everything works well, nice washing machine, projector. Perfect area. Even the entrance was decorated beautifully! Aleksei was wonderful host, very friendly and welcoming, responded fast. Was a pleasure to stay here. Thank you very much! 🤍

I was here for 6 days, for its price it is definitely the best option, location, furniture, everything is cool, there are many places to eat nearby, if it is important for someone, the metro station is across the road, I really liked everything, most likely when I visit Almaty again I will rent this place again.

The room is very clean, the bed is very soft and comfortable, the kitchen has basic seasonings, it is very convenient to use, the balcony is very comfortable, there are many programs on TV, there are dramas you want to watch, there is a supermarket about 2 kilometers away, it is very convenient to buy vegetables, I have been cooking by myself every morning these few days, it is very cozy, it is very convenient to take a taxi downstairs, there is also a café downstairs,

A Truly Great Stay in Almaty! I had such a wonderful stay at Yuliya's place. From the start, she made me feel really welcome – she’s warm, friendly, and super helpful. Yuliya knows the area really well, and her tips and recommendations were spot-on, which made my time in Almaty even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was perfect. It had everything I needed – super well-equipped and clean. Yuliya really goes the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable. Plus, the view? Incredible. Waking up to the mountains and watching the city lights at night was honestly a highlight of the trip. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Yuliya’s place more. If you’re in Almaty, don’t hesitate to book with her. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in the city!
